I think the question is if a cheque totalling $1650 can be sent for all petitions.

Well there is no surety that all petitions will be handled by 1 rep at lockbox...what if the petition get separate at lockbox and when the rep opens the petition...the there would be no check for some petitions and one petition will have more amount of money then it supposed to be...so just to avoid confusion and delay ...follow the rite proceedings...

What is the case complete date?  I received an email on May 2nd 2019 saying that we are documentarily qualified. So is May 2nd the case complete date? Message in ceac also states documentarily qualified. Also the email said that the nvc will work with the embassy in Mumbai to schedule an interview date. However, When I check the ceac site, the status still shows case at NVC.. is that normal??

Yes. Your case complete date is 2nd May. Status will show 'at NVC' until you receive your interview letter. It'll then change to 'transit' and then 'ready' a few days before your interview. All the best.

Thanks!

Wondering what’s taking so long that even People from April 3 haven’t received interview dates in Mumbai. That means I’m prolly gonna be waiting till next month at least.

It has been very erratic.  @lpag21with CC date of 4/17 did get immigrant visa issued on 6/20.
