What are you wanting to do?   Are you married or engaged to a US citizen or just trying to find work in the US?

You need to do a better job educating yourself and you'd know you cannot apply for work visa by yourself. Assuming that's what you're looking for. 

 

What's your education level? What's your occupation? Thousands of thousands of people want to work and live in the US, not many qualify.

If you are trying to get a work visa, you first need to find a company to hire you and sponsor this visa for you.

As others said, that's something you would have to research online, but you'll find jobs posted in most job search engines (Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc).
