Administrative processing asking for proof of relationship.

In 221g they wrote like they want addition proof of relationship between you and petitioner

Β

CC on 2/21. Interview date on 4/2. That was superfast.

All uploads were accepted on CEAC today, but annoyingly enough, there was a request for another piece of document. Have I just entered into another three week wait?Β

It is starting to become so very frustrating... I hear you!

Β

As much as I was waiting for my IL, it turns out that my interview date will not be the mark of the (almost) end of the journey because I will not be able to schedule my medical before my interview anymore πŸ™

I called the doctor last week to ask if I could please schedule my medical already eventhough I did not receive my IL yet and of course that was not allowed and on top of that they will be out of the office on holiday for 3 weeks starting June 24th... Only 1 doctor for the whole of my country and they can just close for 3 weeks without backup, that is ridiculous...

Β

Even if I receive my IL with a great interview date now and have my interview soon(ish), I will not be able to call to schedule the medical until July 15th and the results will take 10 days. So that will mean no approval on the day of the interview and AP until they receive the medical results.

Β

Sorry for the venting, just needed to get that off my chest!! :)

o my gosh, i guess you can do your interview and just collect your visa after the medical is done...
