Hello Everyone,

 

Hope everyone is doing well!

 

My understanding is Packet 3 is the instruction packet that the embassy sends

to the beneficiary.  Please correct me if I am wrong.

 

What about Packet 4?  Could somebody please tell me what Packet 4 is?

Packet system is a thing of the past.  Most embassies send out one communication.   Hcm website should have everything you need to know

As I see in Packet 3. They only required the most recent income tax. Because I’ve heard that we need the last 3 years income tax. It made me so confuse. 

Also, they preferred the tax transcripts from IRS than W2 or 1040 right?

One year of tax return is sufficient. Either trans or 1940 your choice. TT is only two pages which gets my vote every time.

Hello everyone. I'm so glad that there is this thread, thanks @Greenbaum. My fiance received text message and then we check on the old site and it said our case was approved.🎉

 

NOA 1 (old website) : April 25, 2018

NOA 2 (old website) : Nov 6, 2018

K1 Visa

04/23/2018 - Mailed I-129F package to Dallas, TX

04/25/2018 - NOA 1 (old website)

04/30/2018 - Electronic NOA 1 (new website)

05/04/2018 - Received NOA 1 Hardcopy in mailbox (Notice Date : 04/30/2018)

11/06/2018 - NOA 2 via text message and old website

Hello all!

 

We received our NOA2 in the mail with a date of November 1st. Not really sure what the next steps are....I know we will eventually get a case number from the NVC, but does this come with information about the next steps? Is there something we can do in preparation?

This only for Vietnam. Why don't you recognize that you need to complete a DS-160? Everyone is required to complete and submit the ds-160.

haha not that part I know I have to do that. About mailing stuff to the embassy, but it's all irrelevant now since it not for me.

Late 2016: Met playing Clash of Kings the West

Feb 2017: Started online "dating"

May 2017: Met in Orlando

July 2017: Arkansas and Seminole (1 night) visit

October 2017: Washington DC visit.

December 2017: Seminole OKC home visit and Amanda  met Chayne's kids and dad.

January 2018:  York England visit Chayne met Amanda's son.

April 2018: London/Paris/York visit we got engaged on April 6th!!

April 19th 2018: packet sent

April 23rd 2018: USPS say packet signed for.

April 25th 2018: Electronic NOA1 received 

April 26th 2018: Cheque Cashed

April 30th 2018: hard copy NOA1 received

June 2018: Seminole visit, Amanda met Chayne's  adult son
