By what means do we receive the NOA2? Is it by physical mail? And will it be sent to the filer or the benifciary?

You get it at the petitioners address on file with USCIS. The beneficiary wont get NOA2

You can also get text/email if you signed up for it. You'll still get it in the mail but sometimes you'll get the text or email first.

I don't think it was accident, their sent date is about same as where late August approvals were. Unfortunately I don't think the person who maintains the timeline ever posted on the forums so I doubt we will get many / any updates in this thread. They are from Philippines.

I've been stalking some of the timelines with early approvals lol 😁 most of them were expedited due to military deployment 😉 lucky! 😎

Yeah, i saw that this person did not post anything so that why i thought maybe it was an accident or they just updated it for some other reason and not actually receiving NOA2.  But, i really hope it is for real  Even if i am December filler it is a good news for me too and I follow August and September threads   Good luck to everyone!
