Hey everyone! I am new here. I am confused as to what my priority date is but here is my timeline so far. If I missed anything please let me know.

My case seems to be moving pretty quickly. Currently waiting to be scheduled for interview and EAD**

10/19/2017 Married

12/22/2018 Mailed AOS Package to Chicago Lockbox

12/24/2018 Received at Chicago Lockbox

01/02/2019 E-Notice of receipt

01/07/2019 Received Official receipt notice in mail

01/12/2019 Courtesy I-694 letter

01/15/2019 NOA Biometrics appt

01/22/2019 Biometrics appt in the Bronx for 2pm arrived 1:45pm out and in my car by 2pm (lol super quick)

02/04/2019 Case Updated to Ready to be Scheduled for interview

Your change from biometrics to your case being ready was quick! My biometrics were done 1/2, review completed a week later, and still no status update. I'm curious to see how quickly your interview actually gets scheduled. I've seen timelines where the status was changed but the interview was still months off!

You should be able to find your priority date on your I-797 receipt for the I-495 or I-130, at the top.

Yeah, I’m happy to see things moving so quickly because I wasn’t expecting anything for a while. Now that you mention it my fingerprint status has not changed from “fingerprint fee received”.  Wouldn’t that affect the case being ready? Or it could possibly be that it hasn’t updated. Either way I’m prepared to wait however long it takes

I don't think that's an issue. The case trackers don't always update consistently for every single step, so if at least one of them has changed to "case ready to be scheduled for interview," it's safe to assume that's the next step, despite there likely being a long wait. Of course, there is still the potential for RFEs all the way up to the interview too, but you're still making progress! I'm watching my mail and the case trackers like a hawk, even though I'm sure things will be stuck where they are for a while...

I filed early August 2018 and just got notice for my interview for next month! I am a NY filer and was ready to have to wait a while for my interview so you can imagine my surprise. Perhaps things are moving a lot quicker now!

Wow congratulations. Where in NY are you? And good luck With your interview.

Woah, that's very fast. I'm a May filer and my interview is in 2 days. I can only guess maybe June or July filers would get interviews next month. Congratulations and good luck !!!

I'm in LIC Queens :) No idea how my interview got scheduled so early! It still says estimated processing times are 19 to 29 months for NYC and 12.5 to 24.5 for Queens online. I hope everyone who is waiting doesn't have to wait much longer either!

So happy for the both of you! We can of course hope this means the process is speeding up but I suspect you're the lucky few. They need to do some cases more quickly so the average waiting times won't totally go up in the roof (even though I think it's fair to say they're already up there...)

Just saw today that my case was updated to "Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" -- even though there's a ways to go from here, I still squealed a little when I saw the status had changed!

Also, does anyone in this forum have experience submitting an AP or EAD expedite request? I've had an important work opportunity come up that would require me to travel in early April. The NYC field office is no longer accepting InfoPass appointments, so from what I've seen, the only way I can request it is to call the Control Center phone number?

Not sure if this means you have a US job offer, because the reason you'd expedite then would be because of the offer and not the trip, even though it'd get you the trip as well. Here's the best guide I've found if you have an offer:

Thanks for this -- helpful to see what the steps and timeline can be! Having to request over the phone seems so odd, but I'll give it a go.

It's not a job offer, as I am still working on my valid TN status (been at the same job for over 4 years now, got a new TN in 2017 which is good through 2020.) So I already have work authorization, but I'd need AP in order to make this trip...estimates put my EAD/AP in mid-May.
