En breve. No, en absoluto. No hará ninguna diferencia. Lo único que eso podría hacer es acortar el tiempo que pasan en su verificación de antecedentes en los EE. UU. Como ex militar, mis antecedentes son relativamente rápidos.

You mean to Noa2?

If he is an NCO, it might undergo additional scrutiny. There's been a lot of NCOs taken advantage of for immigration and military benefits, so there is an ongoing effort to decrease fraudulent marriage/fiance visas.

Also, does he have security clearance? I've heard randomly about this stuff and sometimes can have a negative a

Yes. But as for getting the K-1, his work will have nothing to do with the outcome.

My boyfriend is a military , he is working  in DHS, would be a help for approval my visa k1?

We are couple same sex.

He had been visit me 3 times this year.

We said that before on forum, many times.

Simply being in military DOES NOT AFFECT K1 or CR1 visas in ANY WAY.

Sorry, but USCIS treats this just like any other occupation and it would be extremely unfair if military family members would have easier/faster approvals.

The only exception is when the military member has deployment orders in hand, that's the only thing that can somewhat expedite the process.

And noting, expediting the process doesn't mean getting the K-1 or CR-1 visa, just means the process is faster. Still no affect overall on the possible outcome.

Not that it makes a difference with the visa application, but DHS is not the military (except for the Coast Guard).
