Oh Gus  he was nice at least... he congratulated me for my engagement!

Now at least you know what’s happening: for @Swissmiss82 she got her noa2 on 3/13, received on 3/23(number5), number on 4/12 I think. And well she probably will have her visa on hand tomorrow...(her embassy was really quick!

However even withot the embassy being quick, her case reached embassy in a day. :)

good iuck!

hahaha who's your friend so far? or do you have a bestie yet???

@Jela Max, Lisa are really nice at #5. Just try to avoid Daphne, she needs breakfast or lunch before you call!

Good luck on the next steps for sure! the waiting game until the new case # came in was insane for me,

but once they gave me that number, everything was going suuuuper fast!

tschakkkkkaaaaaa

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Thanks! yeh, I decided I am just going to wait for the letter because I can't move to California til August anyway ;)

Be sure to be careful with your dates if you are aiming for leaving for Cali in August. Your visa expiration date is tied to the medical date. So don't do your medical till just before your desired interview date.  Once you have your NOA2 you will have one year to complete your interview. Good luck.

Hey approval date buddy!!!! :P

Oh gosh, I'm trying not to but I can't help but worry why people on my date and after have been received and why mine has not.

I really hope they get it soon.. I've started calming my anxiety with online shopping and it's getting very dangerous!!!! :help:

I think it depends:

does the shopping occur on the US side or not?

Because then comes the extra suitcases...

I wouldn't worry about it too much! Just like the NOA1 and NOA2 there will be people approved before you or after you. 🙂 I've decided to call NVC every week (probably Friday) and have my fiance call mid-week. 10 years from now whether I got a case # on Monday or Tuesday won't really matter. I've started to fill out the DS160, gather my documents, etc but I've also been focusing on other things at work (great way to take my mind off this! ) and just spend time with family and friends 😀
