APRIL 2018 I-129F FILERS

So I checked the receipt number and it said they received my petition on the 3rd, but i didn't get a text till the 9th . So i wonder which one I use for my Timeline?

I read that since the new I-129f form is 13 pages, it already contain the Biographic information.  Meaning the   G-325a form is no longer required, Is this information valid?

Did anyone of us who has filed added or omitted this G-325a  bio form?

I did not fill out a G325A

in the new form is include it, so we dont need fill out a G325A Anymore

@sunshinefemi2014 I sent pictures of us together as well as with family and friends,  copy of my passport, copy of  my birth certificate,  video, text and voice call logs,  gift receipts, proof of travel, petitioner and beneficiary passport pic, intent to marry from petitioner and beneficiary etc... Its just the feeling of hoping it was enough. I even labeled everything making it easy for whomever to navigate  through my package. Still waiting on my NOA1 package was delivered April 6th per usps tracking.

I mailed our packet on the 30 of March,  on the 05 of April I was electronically notified that my package was received April 02 and forwarded to the California center (I hope that's good). I just received official NOA1 in the mail today. I will make sure to notify everyone of any progress.

guys my fiancee received a message with the NOA1 ....they receive the package on 04/09 on monday   and was available for Pickup from 04/06 yay

Hey guys I need some help please? April filed here. So I sent our I-129F package on April 5th and according to the tracking it was supposed to arrive the 7th. I received an email saying our file was accepted and that it was on its way to CSC, and that I should have a hard copy of my NOA1 in a few days. I am worried because my money order hasn't been cashed yet. Has anyone had that happened to them? A check getting cashed after the file was sent?

Hey everyone!  Glad to be in the April filers thread with you all!  

 

I just mailed off my I-129F form along with EVERYTHING... excepttttt I totally spaced it and forgot to send the optional e-notification form (G-1145).  So if I forgot that, does anyone know how will I find out when they accept my filing?  Ugh, I knew I'd forget something but at least it wasn't anything critical that would slow down the review of my documents.  Does anyone know if there's a way to send this form in still so that it can get added to my file and I receive future notifications?  

 

Excited to finally have everything submitted... I had seen my fiancee several times since last fall, but only recently decided we were going to apply for a K-1 visa, so on my last trip to Colombia (where she lives), I made sure to get really solid evidence of us being together and submitted everything in a very complete and organized manner. Hopefully things will go smoothly because we are hoping that she can get here to the States by the first of 2019.  I realize that's pushing it at around 8 months out, but from what I've seen...maybe it's possible. Good luck everyone with the wait!
