We have been approved 🎉🎉🎉

NOA 1, old website: 03/02/18

             new website: 03/06/18

NOA 2: 09/05/2018

So we got approved on Wednesday but didn't receive any email or text. Neither the websites showed the approval. My fiancé received the notice by mail today.

We have been checking the forum almost daily the last couple weeks, but never posted. We've just created an account few minutes because we know how hard the wait is and we wanted to share our experience.

You might already be approved or will in couple days !

Bon courage marchers !

Congratulations.

Here are some links for what you'll do next after receiving your case number.

Hi , I have a question I know here is for CR1 but if you can help me I will appreciate, if a K1 Visa gets approved and enters the US, and  files for adjustment of status. When the greencard comes, what date will it carry. Date of when you entered the US or date of when your AOS was approved ? Can't find the infoonline.

If you are speaking of the expiration date I have not been able to understand how that is determined. My wife, step daughter and step son (1-K1 and 2-K2's) each have a different expiration date and each were filed in the same envelope. So your guess is as good as mine.

I meant when they recieved the conditional green card. The beginning date on the greencard is it the date when they entered the US point of entry or the date when the filed adjustment of status was approved ?

Great question since some folks are having to wait 1-2 years to get their conditional green card.

That graph/site (http://harveysollano.com/USCIS/uscisScanSummary.aspx) is based on the old site. But seems USCIS is still using both as there has been a few with updates to the new but many with updates to the old. A couple with no updates at all.
