  1. My appointment hasn’t been scheduled yet. Yesterday I met a few people that applied for their AOS after me and already had their biometrics done at the same office I’m supposed to get mine done. I really wish that I could do something about this 😔
  2. I’m so frustrated! Did the office set a service request for your case?
  3. I'm only freaking out because pretty much everyone has the biometrics appointment done within the first month after the NOA1. 😔 And it has been 50 days...
  4. Hi everyone! I’m here to share my experience so far and maybe get some advice. I received my NOA1 on April 15th and I am still waiting for my biometrics appointment. I called USCIS on May 15th and the L1 officer told me that no appointment has been scheduled for me and to wait until May 29th to call again. According to him, in case I didn’t get the letter, I would be able to schedule the appointment by the phone with an officer. I waited until the 30th of May and called again. The L1 officer I spoke with said to call back next day because L2 officers were not taking calls. On May 31st I called again. After explaining to L1 officer my situation, he promptly forwarded my call to L2. They were really busy, so they called me back about 4 hours later. The L2 officer explained that no appointment has been scheduled for me and they cannot set the first inicial appointment. They can only reschedule a preexisting appointment. The officer then proceed with a service request. Hopefully I will get a response within the next 20 days. We’re getting concerned about this delay. Is anyone going through a similar situation? Has anyone been through this situation?

  6. I’m soooooo happy! We were approved yesterday! My fiancé got an email today and checked the new site. NOA1: 02/03 (06/03 new site) NOA2: 05/09 No updates on the app and old site.
  7. Hi guys! We emailed the petition last Tuesday (02/27) and it is supposed to be delivered today. Good luck to everyone starting this process
