Hello,

I was just checking the New Website hoping for an approval, but it still says Case Received. But now for some reason when clicking on Case History, it shows the message "We received your case" twice and both of them have the same usual message, "Read the notice we mailed you for more information about how we will process your case" etc..

Anyone in the same situation? Just thought it was worth sharing

NOA1: Dec 22nd ( Old), Dec 28th (New).

What method is everyone using to reach uscis these days? The first option in the post below doesn't work anymore.

I phoned and got to a live person - but when I asked for our case status (NOA1 12/15), she simply informed me that they (CSC) are working on cases from 12/4 and I can call back in a few weeks if I haven't gotten any update by then.  Grrr.
