Don't stress. The I134 is simple. It's just collecting the supporting documents that is time consuming. I suggest you look over the form and decide what income/revenue you are reporting in case you have to outsource documents to support your claims.

 

I'm going at the end of May. Hopefully we will have our NOA2 by then but if not it's whatever. 

 

Proof of Ongoing Relationship can be supported in many ways even if you haven't seen him in person.

 Copies of text/fb messages, copies of call logs, phone bills showing each others phone bills, letters and cards you've mailed to each other with their postmarked envelopes....

Does Skype have a call log feature? I'm not familiar?

I'm not 100%, but I think it means that the app is refreshing your case status so that it shows up as the latest update on your phone. 'Pulling' the case status may just mean that the app is resubmitting your case number to the USCIS system to retrieve any available update. 

 

I use a similar app and mine gave me a notification that my case status was 'expired' the other day. Had only a very minor heart attack until I realised that it meant that I had to refresh the app for the latest update!

Yes in Lincolnshire! :D Small world :) I'm hoping to go for a visit when my fiancé finally gets an interview, however just trying to get the NOA2 has been torture.   CT is so nice, I lived there for a summer while working at a theatre before I moved to AZ.

I'll keep fingers crossed, that you will have NOA2 then. I actually never checked, if Skype does have a call log, but I'm pretty sure they have. Will check that later.

Best of luck November filers!!! Little old December filer waiting behind you guys. Rooting for October POE as a 12/29/18 NOA1 filer. 

 

Looking forward to viewing regular scan updates for November. Will these scans be done everyday? Whose nominated to do these?! 🙈

11/14/17 129F mailed

11/17/17 NOA1

05/14/18 NOA2

06/06/18 NVC received and case # assigned

06/12/18 left NVC

06/13/18 Manila Embassy received

06/13/18 CFO completed at Clark Pampanga

06/18-19/18 Medical exam

07/10/18 Interview - APPROVED!!

07/29/18 POE
