Petition mailed on Friday 11/10 and received on Monday 11/13. To date, we have not received the NOA, but the check did clear this morning.

Spoke too soon. Received NOA1 today also!

You can find the November case list up-to-date.

However,I believe last weeks numbers are not all in yet (Dated 13-17), because WAC numbers weren't given,so possibly not all NOA1's are sent yet either.

I'll do another update at the end of the month.

Good luck to all of us!

Hello. I just wanted to give you my wac number. I’m illiterate when it comes to stuff like this and could not figure out how to add it to the google file. It’s WAC1890046874. Thank you so much for doing this!!

Hey guys, quick question. We are working on the I 129f form and we run into the question on Multiple filer waiver request information (page 9 part 3 question 5a to 5d). We dont know what this means? What box do we check? My fiance has some convictions on DUI from his past (way back).

You are going to need to read the instruction form (pg 9-10) to be sure but most likely you will choose 5.d. The question is for petitioners who have filed more than one I129F for more than one person and has been denied for criminal reasons.

You will have to check out Part 3 Item 2.c. . and Itens 4.a. & 4.b. though because of his DUIs. Does not matter how old the charges are. If those questions apply he will have to get all of his police/court documents for each charge to submit as evidence.

Criminal evidence: That’s what took us so long too and impeded our efforts to file. Good luck!
