So I've got good new and bad news...

Good news they are working... Bad news if they continue working like this we're (I'm not sure

about the forum rules so I leave it up to you to fill this empty space with any four letter word you like)

One thing I want to express is that we are easily saying that number was after me why did they jump over...

April has tons and probably thinking about that way more. There are cases of earlier dates that ended up

getting a WAC number in another month's list (here they are corrected)

There are cases that received RFE for the second time (only today's showed 6 of those in April)

Here are the total numbers uptil september (sorry because I'm september I just put it together)

Here's how much they are approving weekly starting from September...(Includes the cases of April-June)

OMG @Naes you are a freaking star!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks a million!

Now I have only one more concern / question regarding RFE!

In our case:

We have submitted our file (old forms!) end of august and got a RFE based on that with a WAC number already.

We re-submitted, with the letter of them, showing WAC, green paper (with which part is wrong) and the new forms and received a new WAC number for that!

Therefore, the first WAC number has not been re-used (WAC1790447412) as we got a different one ending 343.

I am assuming that we are not the only ones that got a new WAC - so maybe some cases that have a RFE did get a new WAC and there are less to approve? thoughts?

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024

what is your old cases status? It must be rejected or some other thing I already excluded. So I don't think it will effect much.

however, I will cross check with the data. Because as mentioned before almost 20% in total each month gets denied so some of those April received cases may end up getting denied or take longer than others (like some cases that takes more than 200 days)

i believe they are going to start June when there is less than 1000 cases received (never touched) left in May.
