Well, your NOA1 was in April, but you could have definitely been included in my monthly scan. You can check my scan to see if you're included as the scans go by received date and not NOA1 date.

You can get expedited for a few different reasons, one of the most common is financial loss/hardship. But, it will only expedite the NOA2.

Oh my...so many cases! Knowing I am one of thousands is so daunting! Does anyone know of a way to open the file on an iphone? I have the Google drive app but it's saying it can't support/open the file. Google is blocked on my work laptop and I'm not with my personal laptop as often so was hoping I could figure out a way to open it on my iphone.

And on a side note... I sent my packet on March 31st, but have made my home with the March filers based on that date lol and EVERYONE here is just so freaking awesome! =) Hope all is ok with that

@CubaAndChill is correct, you might show up in March scans depending on the receive date noted on your NOA1. I consider myself a March filer, but my receive date is actually Feb. 28th so I show up on the February scans.

Thank you @CubaAndChill! Found our case number as well, in the received on 17th ones! 

Yet my timeline still estimates end of June. It's only moving a day back and forth sometimes, but it stays between 23rd and 30th.

At least it's May already!

But seriously, I would define you as a March filer probably. I mean, if you say your NOA1 is April 4th then I assume your received date was previous to that. March scans go by received date, therefore your petition should be included here in the scans. Did you try to look and find your case number there?

 

You'll be more than welcome to visit us April filers on our thread... You are kind of a hybrid  But will probably get a better insight  on your case staying around here.
