I have been in and out of the USA for about 4 times. This time, I fell in love with a girl and we decided to get married. 2 weeks after our marriage, a girl I dated one time while I visited the U.S contacted my wife facebook telling her that she just had a baby for me. My wife told me what she had found out and to be frank, I never knew she had my baby. I asked my wife if that was going to be a problem; she said it wasn’t going to be. I told her that I will try to go and do a DNA test to see if the child is really mine and she okayed it.

4 weeks into our marriage we filed for adjustment of status then as soon as I got my Notice of Action and Biometric invitation, she said she wouldn’t go ahead with the marriage anymore.

Friends, as I’m typing this post, I do not have a place to stay (I actually paid the rent), I do not have the car we bought and I do not have my wife. My wife says she would call the immigration and tell them we got married under false pretense. it's a pity that she doesn't understand how much I love her.

I don’t know what to do, I missed my Biometric invitation today that’s because I don’t know if that would complicate issues for me.

I really need your advises and your help.

Let me know what to do

Do you have your return ticket?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Intentionally not attending your biometrics is usually an automatic denial, too.

If you were in the position of your wife what will you do? Sometimes, love is not any reason for some ruthless actions. If you had told your wife the whole truth about your past or even present without her having to uncover it in some rude and shocking way, then the story would have been different. It is a pity you're in this situation but this is not your end! Be ready to accept whatever outcome of your case and be glad to live your life again.

VERY sad! Wonder why people put themselves in these positions or is it a case of FATE?. Your wife has family you know? Should have talked to them after your wife got "adamant" and you missing the appointment makes it even more precarious. PRAY things improve with your wife and try to see possibilities of rescheduling am trying to be positive man

You missed the biometric appointment without sending in a re-scheduling request before the date of the appointment. You're basically screwed as the adjustment has been (or should have been) deemed abandoned by USCIS. That is a no, no regardless of whether your US citizen sponsor has decided against continuing the relationship.

Unless you can convince your wife to change her mind you have no options and even if she does you missed your biometrics. Your wife can hardly be blamed for not wanting to proceed given the circumstances

Oops. You missing the biometrics appointment was a wrong move. You should have gone to that appointment and then continue your "damage control". It doesn't look good, which ever way you slice it. Good question: how long have you been here on your present visiting visa?

Its such a pity. That's why its good to be very careful and not mess around. I can imagine how your wife feels, she's feels hurt and betrayed.

This.

Your ex had a baby just in the time you married someone else ? You appear to be either rushing into relationships or dipping your stick into two ponds. Either will not look good in immigration eyes. Not only do you need to pay your own rent but get that DNA done and start supporting that child.

And this.

Did you reschedule your biometrics or just not show up for the appointment? Hopefully you rescheduled....otherwise the petition is abandoned. Aside from trying to salvage your relationship, if that's even possible, you have a lot of problems from missing the biometrics that you need to deal with asap.
