It sounds to me like your husband needs to get a backbone ,stand up for his wife and tell these people to go to hell (where they belong). I went through something like this with my deceased wife's ex and his mother. They were horrible people that tried anything to get to us. She also had a child with him which made it harder. Also your husband needs to stop worrying so much.

They are just being stupid but think about it, why are you friends with them? You do realise that it's not a requirement to be friends with people who actually dislike you and your spouse right? Or if not friends then you can make your profile private so they can't see what you post or contact you. Just a thought that might make for less drama in your life...

It was on Twitter, and I forgot that my profile wasn't private and they somehow found my account and followed me. I blocked them already. I know the things I post are my responsibility, and I've been really careful in the information I share. That's why I felt okay to post my wristband with my age and a portion of my name.
