Only he can remove conditions and she should not help him to remove conditions. Why on earth do you advice her to do so ?

Read between the lines, you took the one mistake I wrote and ran with it. I was pretty much telling her to withdraw herself from him 100%. So if I worded something wrong I think the point I was trying to make was self explanatory. People like you seem to be on this site to bash others. I'm here to help and recieve help like many others. I learning just like everyone else. Since you know so much then you should instruct her on what it is she needs to do verses responding to what I wrote... God bless you

Yes he did and know one seems to care not even the police

Lovelady, you are dealing with a lot at once and I am so sorry and wish you peace and clarity at this time. I will leave the legal stuff to those who know far more than I do but please speak to someone very soon about your emotional and psychological turmoil. If you do not, it will manifest itself in one way or another in the future and it might be too late. I don't know your State of residence but there is a national number you can call (1-800-273-TALK) if you need to talk to someone. Feel free to IM me if you need more information. Best Wishes and please take it one day at a time. rose.gif

Remove the conditions of his green card and report him to all agencies possible. Do what's best for you and cover your tail. Remove yourself out of the picture as best as you can so when he's exposed you don't go down with him. It's people like him that makes this whole immigration process harder for the innocent people who have good intentions. The bad part about it all is the fact that the criminals always have an easier time with the filing process...

I thought the same thing,amen.

What am I supposed to read between the lines ?

You said she needs to remove conditions. This was wrong and not self explanatory. The relationship advice you gave her has nothing to do with the false immigration advice you provided. Apples and oranges.

Of course I correct obvious misinformation and run with it...why confuse the OP further ?

I DID give advice had you checked further posts.

I did not bash you and don't condone bashing whatsoever.

If you took it as such my apologies. I don't "know so much" but I do know something having been on the boards since 2006.

I corrected your wrong information because the OP asked if she should remove conditions. You said yes. It was false. Period.

If you are still learning then learn to take a correction instead of justifying wrong information as "self explanatory and reading between the lines."

I myself opt to take constructive criticism with an open attitude. Hope you will too instead of defending your misinformation so all can learn

correct information and make advice effective for those who need it.

All I can say is Wow! It seems he never really wanted you in the first place. Did you see any signs when you were visiting him? Some women make me so sick. A lot of times when they visit their man the signs are right in front of them and they are so blind and desperate that they don't even see it, or don't even care....as long as he keep telling her sweet lies: like I LOVE YOU. and now that he is here he dont need you anymore, he probably wont even care if you divorce him. He got what he wantec cos i am sure he didnt want to be married to you anyway.

I think the OP is already beating herself up for what happened to her. She is probably heart broken, frustrated, upset, crazy mad...

Maybe you didn't mean it that way, but when I read your message I feel it is very aggressive toward the OP, and it is not answering her question. Internet doesn't mean we should get rid of empathy. You may not want to support the OP, but you should try not to to turn a knife in the wound...

Good luck in your visa journey!

OP.. Read my topic on how to report fraud to USCIS, it will do you NO GOOD to report his fraud to ICE they will not investigate or do anything. ICE's 1800 openly says for small cases of marriage fraud call the USCIS 1800 to report fraud. Every office in the USA has a FDNS officer this is who you need to speak with, please note they look into fraud not the criminal activity, that is for the police and FBI , if things were done over the internet. Next do not waste FDNS's time with personal rants, it will not work, show proof I do not know what your proof is, they will look into this and make a finding and decide what is best according to policy and case law. People being deported happens all the time sometimes people leave on their own in order to avoid a fraud finding in their file, Even though the info will always follow them if they apply for another visa. Fraud evidence must be verifiable by a third party source or by court a official and there can be a witness but they have to be willing to testify. You can supply evidence but if it looks vindictive in nature, it will not do you much good. The law breaking is a sign that all of this should be reported to the local police. Good luck, sorry for all you are going through.

A whole lot of poor advice being given on the military angle. Such as the alluded-to soldier's and sailors relief act. Research SSCRA... it doesn't protect a soldier in a case such as this. Briefly: http://www.military.com/benefits/military-legal-matters/scra/servicemembers-civil-relief-act-overview.html He is NOT untouchable!! Do not let folks fool you into thinking he can hide behind the military. Quite the opposite, if he is guilty of crimes or even neglect/abuse.

Also, as a spouse, you are entitled to support by him until a state approves a divorce and determines the subsequent monies he must pay to you. The military will ensure you are supported, but you must let his command know if he's not supporting you. His step children will not be used to compute BAH payments he owes you, only his biological or adopted children (in the event of a legal separation). But health care and insurance ARE entitlements they will receive as long as you are married and he is in the millitary. And if he remains in the military, it may be adjudicated that he will remain responsible for a time for insurance.

If you can PROVE what you allude to about the video, that is a violation of the UCMJ, Section 925, Article 125. SODOMY, which is punishable under court martial.

But this all revolves around you informing his commander, who, with PROOF, must take appropriate action. But you must have proof. And that can be very difficult in a military proceeding.

You are a dependent of a soldier. You SHOULD have a dependent ID. If so, go on post and talk to a JAG attorney. You have a right to counsel by them as well as your husband, though they won't represent either of you in a civil matter. They also have an obligation to report to his commander if the alleged conduct is severe enough. And thier advice is free. Even if you don't have an ID, go on post anyway. If stopped at the gate, tell the guard you need to go see the Staff Judge Advocate about serious offenses relating to your husband. They may escort you there, but you have the right to get there as a dependent.

You have been given all kinds of advice about the divorce, so I won't touch on that.
