Sorry im alittle confused by your post, but if I understood correctly. If your ex husband has video of you two having sex, that is not proof your a prostitute since husbands and wives have sex. That is normal behavior, besides if you were a prostitute its also illegal for him to pay you for sex. So he would get himself in trouble if he using that logic. Also if he is knowingly telling people something false about you that is defaming your character you can sue him for deformation.

Going through vawa right now. Everything going great except for the part my abusive husband might lie to uscis saying I am a prostitute. He is not one of the normal guy . He just likes his wife ###### my lots of people and show off his wife that means me to guys for extra attension. Probably he got thousand of videos and pictures. He will try to do anything to kiss me out of this country after doing lots of nasty things. Can someone prove he or she is a prostitute only with the videos of sex when there is no money involve and it was done for his own enjoyment ? Is it good idea to hire a lawyer and stop him from saying and doing that? Any help will be appreciated.

If has videos of you having sex with other people, the question is whether you can prove it was not prostitution?

By all means, I am not making a judgment call, but thinking in terms of evidence. If he uses these videos as evidence, he may make his case and it will be up to you to prove none of the videos were, in fact, prostitution.

Have you been convicted of a crime? What anyone else thinks is not an issue only what the court has convicted you of.

If you are in the USA contact the support groups, they are there to help with these kinds of situations.

Is this the ex of the guy who got a girl from Thailand here and then made her be a stripper?

Seriously though, I agree with QueenE about defamation... and somehow maybe prove you didn't get money for these acts, that it's simply something you two did for enjoyment.

A video like that wouldn't prove you are a prostitute but you'll have a really difficult time proving you entered into the marriage in good faith if you're having sex on tape with tons of people and no proof of good faith = no VAWA.

I would say it depends on how the videos are recorded… if from the videos can it be determined if your husband was involved or the videos are taken as discrete with hidden camera.

If videos are recorded where husband is involved too… than you can claim there was no prostitution it was done for mutual pleasure with mutual consent.

If the videos are recorded as hidden camera.. your husband can claim you were cheating and having bad moral value.

You must have been aware of the making of these videos which means you were involved in making porn. That is different than prostitution. The fact that you agreed to be part of what was going on indicates something about your morals and his.

What is it that you expect to gain by asking these questions here? You are providing one side of a terrible situation while trying to avoid your own involvement.

What will you do with your marrige in light of all of this?

She would have needed an EAD to work, porn or otherwise.

I can see this being a No 1 thread.
