What should I do? My grandma is sick and alone so I had to leave without getting Advanced Parole. They told me for my matter it wasn't urgent enough so I didn't have the time to wait for approval. It's been months and it hasn't arrived so I really had to go. Also can I sign up for deferred action again?

There's also no mention of not having a spouse.

You knew the rules and made your choice, now you will need to deal with the consequences.

Lawyer is the way to go.

OP mentions deferred action. Was DACA the reason for being in US and NOT marriage?

Is so, this could be really bad. With Trump coming into office DACA is on life support.

DACA is now irrelevant to the OP.
