  1. I assume London is the Regional Office, I would be surprised if it was not.
  2. I assume London covers Dublin but if you do not believe you have a basis then it does not matter.
  3. You might want to look at the possibility of DCF
  4. I 601s I have seen of late have been just under 2 years. It is unusual for a well prepared waiver not to be approved.
  5. Is she from the same country Did you know her before you moved to the US
  6. There is at least one known Immigration Lawyer that insists that you need 3 good years. From a practical perspective you say you have one and you will have 2 more before the interview so not an issue either way. US unlike UK also allows joint sponsors.
  7. No K4 is a K3 derivative and the number of K3's issued every year can be counted on one hand. And you are not going down the K route.
  8. I would have thought so. But will need all the info to calculate it.
  9. They let you in. The issue is not being married but entering on a non immigrant visa with immigrant intent but that is history and best forgotten.
  10. So you are planning to hang for a few years in Student status until you can file to adjust.
  11. I believe that there is a max number that can be issued and they try and use all the ones they have but I think there is no obligation.
  12. Forget that 2017, so 2015 to file to adjust. What is your current status
  13. Yes Probably not Such as? I suppose you could file I 130 now and interview in your home country in a couple of years. Begs the question what the plan was when you entered on your non immigrant visa.
  14. Long story and I did not need it but I was young and ignorant and got it done for no charge, maybe look for Civil Surgeons who serve the Hispanic community. So in your case you had your K1 medical and did not have a complete vaccination done and elected to complete them in the US. Generally this is a mistake, there can obviously be situations where this arises and it is what it is but they are pretty rare. So being in that situation you have the main issue, CS's who will not do only the I 693 and only a few it seems will. Plus of course you need someone local. Then you need that they will do it and how much they charge. As far as a list sadly not really practical. Civil Surgeons come and go Their charging structure and practices change This is a rare situation and as I mentioned best avoided VJ simply does not have enough members, people in this situation, for such a database. Really only USCIS could do this, incorporate it in their database.
  15. Employers or their authorized representative must complete and sign Section 2 within three business days after the employee's first day of employment, and must physically examine, or examine consistent with an alternative procedure authorized by the Secretary of DHS, documentation from List A OR a combination of documentation from List B and List C. Enter any additional documentation in the Additional Information box; see Instructions. Pretty sure last time I used my SSN and DL. Just easier. So yes horribly wrong. Mind you it was from 3 years ago.

  17. CNN covered this, reminded me of the Lady who was doing online porn and stood for the Dems in Virginia?, did she win? I thought we have gone past this being an issue.
  18. A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application This seems pretty clear, where is the confusion?
