    They were married March 22 so yes you can file for the younger one and it should be a couple of years. Father files for the older one as a LPR and that will be well who knows, 10 plus years.

    I had to go out so thought I would at least stress the important thing. F2a can age out to F2b, I can not know how likely that is. Naturalise before the oldest hits 21 and the issue goes away as the child is locked in.

    You will not need to wait for a visa number to be current. How old are the children?

    Some do some do not. London does, out of the 20 of us interviewing there was only one spouse so did not feel normal. There is certainly one immigration lawyer who is very against the petitioner being at the interview, I personally do not feel that is warranted.

    Normally your Spouse would have petitioned for them as there is no wait for the minor child of a USC, visa'a are always available. I assume there is some reason you did.

    I have a real issue about advertising Drugs on TV, but that is a rant for another day. Ryan winning could be a major blow by the Patriarchy, not sure I see it happening. Ricky please come back. I tend to blank adverts, but it does seem that it should be possible to reverse engineer what they think or their advertisers think the norm audience is by the ads shown.
