  1. This was my original comment. If you overstayed 90 days then you are no longer eligible to use the VWP and a B is not likely to happen. I have no reason to believe that the OP does not have a normal visiting history, not worked illegally etc. Now if you are amongst the tiny percentage that do that is different conversation. Obviously I visited without an issue and here are 154 pages of other peoples experiences.
  2. Seriously there needs to be a major denazification process, I do not see it happening however. Other than that hit them where it hurts, in their pockets. There seems to be some push back, spending all that money on a non education, actually one that could have a negative aspect on future job prospects.
  3. The latest from Colorado, thought I would get in before someone else does. Now I went down to Denver on Saturday but did not go into the green bit, in general conversation Denver is the area within the ring road. Give or take. Aurora is the east side of Denver and has a very different view, interesting she mentioned she caught them bussing once.
  4. So what is the reasoning behind the Attorneys comments, presumably they had a reason for making such a comment?
  5. If you go against years of lived experience of people who have actually gone through the process then you are likely to be questioned about it.
  6. Quite simple if working is an issue do not go the K1 route.
  7. The latest from Bob who has a book out: https://abcnews.go.com/WNT/video/brittney-griner-speaks-1st-time-released-russian-prison-109844035
  8. Have you appointed a Lawyer? Well hopefully not one who told you the above.
  9. My first question is do you have a specific reason to go through the naturalisation process now, is it that desperate? If it is not sure I would do it in your circumstances without a Lawyer involved. Obviously there are a lot of gaps and I am filling ion your story
  10. I do not know if that is true and if it is who cares, but getting divorced in the US solves a lot of issues and is likely to be much simpler.
  11. CDJ deals with Immigrant Visa's. Seems you qualify.
  12. Well a visa is used to enter the US so not something she needs as she is here. She will need a I 130 and I 601a, the kids may not need a I 601a, how old are they. She might also be smacked with child smuggling which needs a I 601, so details as usual matter.
  13. Would it not depend on the Officer you will talk with more than anything else.
  14. I am trying to remember, now I went to Spain for a week before the interview, I have a feeling I never mentioned anything, it was not that sort of interview. Anyway I had to spreadsheet my trip as there were so many including a lot to Spain.
  15. We have a mega thread detailing peoples non experiences visiting. The people who have had problems, well all the ones I recollect there have been reasons, for example multiple long visits.
  16. You apply for a SSN a couple of days after arrival.
