I 601a so if the only issue you have is illegal presence, you can get the waiver done and just go back to get the visa, beats waiting two years that someone applying outside may have to wait. Asylum, well I know back when you could play the system, even more so now, someone claiming asylum now could take a very long time going through the system, plenty of time to fine a USC to marry.

    The I 130 is approved it is the question of age and therefore category. Seems Consulate look at this as a F2b case. School Records is by no means the only documentation, certainly seems that precise age is not always an issue in some Countries.

    The biggest thing is proving your presence and that you are able to pass on Citizenship.

    Certificate of Citizenship would be the best and obvious route, a Lawyer may be advisable in this situation. I have seen people who wanted to naturalise normally who came and left soon after and USCIS took the view that the time needed to apply started when the fully moved not the initial entry date.

    The US makes it really easy for illegals to live and stay in the US, say compared to Canada. Many millions manage it, certainly the people I know seem to have no real issues.

    K1 is I 134 and is something the Consulate will be interested in.

    Are you talking about the style? I very rarely sign anything now, if I want to replicate my 'standard' I have to practice a few times and even then it is different to what I used to do when I was signing stuff every day.

    Well I am going to assume you do not have a Lawyer and this is a parent sponsoring a child, You did not mention the Consulate which could be very relevant What is not relevant usually are school records, were you using them because they have your Parents details on them? I would submit a legal brief, now the School issue may well be Country dependent.

    Do you not know how they entered. Walk in and it is much more complicated. Normal route is to marry a USC. Asylum, well that obviously very much depends on their individual circumstances, why they are fleeing and where from, and how long they have been in the US.

    I can talk to the insurance aspect, the Insurer would have sent an Adjuster for that amount, I seriously can not see them paying it it was a manufacturing defect
