  1. I seem to remember making decorations as a kid, the paper loops certainly. Real trees well you can get a permit for $5 here so why not?
  2. You should file for both, they are both deportable. Time to use your flexible friend.
  3. Irrelevant, why would they.
  4. You can enter anywhere.
  5. You can not say that! They are empowered.
  6. A car would not work. Unless it was a second one.
  7. You are the first one I have seen. I have looked elsewhere as well as on VJ, so you will be setting the standard.
  8. Document Name: For U.S. immigration purposes, Pakistani Muslim applicants must present both an original, signed Nikah Nama (with its English translation) and a NADRA-issued marriage registration certificate. Note that while both documents reflect similar information, each on its own does not constitute sufficient proof of marriage. Christians, Hindus, Ahmadis, and other applicants considered to be non-Muslim must present only a marriage certificate issued by their respective religious authority (i.e. a church or temple), since Union Councils do not uniformly issue NADRA certificates to these groups. Citizens of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Afghans living in Pakistan must also only present a marriage certificate issued by religious authorities, as Union Councils do not issue NADRA certificates to these groups. Issuing Authority: Union Councils register Nikah Nama documents for Pakistani Muslim citizens and issue subsequent NADRA marriage certificates. Marriage certificates for Ahmadis, Christians, Hindus, Parsis, and other non-Muslim citizens are issued by their respective sectarian registration authority (i.e. church or temple), (Note: Some Union Councils have begun issuing NADRA marriage certificates to Hindus and Christians, though this process has not yet been standardized. As a result, such NADRA certificates are not required for non-Muslim applicants, per the above.)
  9. All the Judges in CO are solid D and even then is was 4-3.
  10. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/dec/19/trump-colorado-presidential-ballot-disqualified-14th-amendment In a historic decision, the justices ordered that he be removed from the state’s presidential primary ballot, after determining that he engaged in insurrection on 6 January 2021. The ruling sets up a likely showdown in the nation’s highest court to settle whether the January 6 attack on the Capitol amounted to an insurrection, and whether Trump’s involvement disqualifies him from running for office. The 4-3 decision by the Colorado supreme court marks the first time a presidential candidate has been deemed unqualified for office under a rarely used provision that bars insurrectionists from holding office. “A majority of the court holds that Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment,” the court, whose justices were all appointed by Democratic governors, wrote in its ruling. Trump has vowed to appeal to the US supreme court, his campaign said. “We have full confidence that the US supreme court will quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these un-American lawsuits,” said Steven Cheung, a Trump campaign spokesperson. These are the same people who keep on going on about defending Democracy. You must admit it is hilarious. Amusingly using such a broad brush interpretation I can see Old Joe having the same issues. Where does it stop? All the Dem states ban Trump and all the Repub States ban Old Joe?
  11. I would stat by reading the Guide and then ask if there is anything you do not understand.
  12. I went through the same route and said so. You were the one who confused people, some K1's do require to complete their medical in the US, so quite understandable that we thought that was why you were asking.
  13. Yes How long will you be gone?
  14. I assume London is the Regional Office, I would be surprised if it was not.
  15. I assume London covers Dublin but if you do not believe you have a basis then it does not matter.
  16. You might want to look at the possibility of DCF
  17. I 601s I have seen of late have been just under 2 years. It is unusual for a well prepared waiver not to be approved.
  18. Is she from the same country Did you know her before you moved to the US
  19. There is at least one known Immigration Lawyer that insists that you need 3 good years. From a practical perspective you say you have one and you will have 2 more before the interview so not an issue either way. US unlike UK also allows joint sponsors.
  20. No K4 is a K3 derivative and the number of K3's issued every year can be counted on one hand. And you are not going down the K route.
