Hi everyone,  just an update ..... on the 12th July 2022,  we finally got noa2   
 
I know most won't check but wanted to let anyone know

Well, because some people do not want to take the vaccine for specific reasons and it is frustrating that it is now a requirement. 

Thank you for your time, I am doing research to figure out a way. I am from London so I will be taking the medical and interview over here. It's all just confusing, when I got the letter from the London embassy it told us to follow the instructions from this link - https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/medical-examination/
 
However, I've been checking everyday and it has not said anything about having to take any vaccinations if you do not want to right now. It does state that you would have to though when applying for AOS, Which I'm fine with because that buys me some time. However, reading everything online makes it seem like there aren't ways, which is not true. No one should be forced to put anything into their body if they do not want it, we have rights. 

I really doubt you will have any issues here.  Personally, I would not reschedule that interview.
 
Does your employment letter document your salary?
 
London seems to be pretty easygoing when it comes to the I-134 and the public charge issue.  Maybe @Wuozopo has a more specific comment.

For a K1 interviewing in London, you could be approved with only the employment letter. They don’t even require tax return info if you have other proof. In your case, the tax return will show you have been gainfully employed before since you have new employment to present. I don’t think you need pay slips because you have enough proof of employment/salary for London. Your employment letter should read that you are currently employed and not just be an offer, which you could decline.

just an update for a few those still remaining here - our visa was issued in Feb 2020 and I couldn't leave due to notice length at work, a month later travel ban was introduced.
 
We were never part of the lawsuit. Had my interview and got my expired K1 reissued in London on the 1st July, 2021. Now just waiting for the courier update.

This dude appears to be playing us.

Sorry but it fell apart the minute she decided to overstay and do nothing about her status here. She broke federal laws. That is the only thing governments care about.

It wasn’t the light though.   Had you done things the right way, she wouldn’t be in this mess.   Have you looked into moving to Canada until you can get the process of petition/interview/waiver sorted?

@J&S12 It's good to see that you are all over the forum gleaning knowledge at every thread. I like to see that, this will ensure you are more than ready to tackle that AOS when the time comes. Also best not to sit still, always look ahead, look out for what's coming. I realize due to the current situation, it might tend to make you lethargic, but please don't let it do that to you.
 
Hopefully all this will just add to your determination...so far you are on the ball considering everything!

Based on the information you have provided, you may revalidate the petition with a letter from the petitioner stating that you both remain legally free to marry and that you will do so within 90 days of your arrival in the United States.  

You should take the letter with you to your visa interview once our visa services have resumed in full.

We are only here to help.  Sorry to hear about your situation, and hope it gets back on track soon.   

Let me begin by advising you that there are many out here, just like me, who are trying to help not make your process difficult. Going to the sub-forum for your embassy allows you to be a part of different conversations dealing directly with your embassy. England has a great sub-forum as well as others. Some don't produce much only because previous members don't stick around to help others. That's the magic of VJ is the help from veterans who have done this before or are scouring VJ for information from others who they themselves have experienced different situations. In turn they give back to the VJ community with "boots on the ground" information.
 
@Wuozopo is the expert for anything dealing with England. I advise you to continue your conversation directly to him/her. He has helped others where needed. Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

I just wanted to stop in and thank everyone for their positivity, well wishes and good thoughts.  It really means alot to us.  
Today marks our 15th month of waiting for Noa2.  There has been no change.  Two 'outside normal processing times' requests.  
We are together, we are still fighting, although the damn time zones could shift a little!!! 
I hope you are all well and staying safe

I just wanted to thank everyone for the good thoughts and positive messages.  There is no change with our case.  Uscis states,  normal processing times dont apply and it's in a processing hold due to the wait on security checks.

I just wanted to share my news with you guys on this post.
 
My fiance had his interview in March and they've had his passport since then.
 
We were literally few days away from getting the visa but they closed due to covid.
 
We have been staring at our CEAC status that said "Refused" for 6 months.
 
Last Friday, it was updated to "Administrative Processing" and this afternoon it changed to "Issued".
 
They definitely started working on K1. I think they're starting with cases already at the consulate and soon they will start getting cases from NVC.
 
Keep the positive vibe and be patient which is hard I know.
 
Fingers crossed for all of you!  🤞

It now states that k visas will be prioritized with high priority. This post is more clear and is great news 😊
