I’m not sure January filers have seen my post or not.

Ryan just received notice of AOS interview waived and approved. 🙏❤️!
Our timeline is posted on our profile but the  AOS interview was scheduled for April 15th in Chicago and cancelled due to the pandemic. 
I’m a bit in shock and thought the interview was required now. 
Maybe it’s a mistake ? 
When card is in hand than we will celebrate. 

I needed some good news today. 
I volunteer as a first responder due to the spike in COVD 19 locally and seeing this devastation has been something that I’ll never forget.
I’m certain that most of us here on this site and around the world have been impacted in one way or another. 
This in not an easy journey by any means and VJ has been amazing to us.   

We have met the most amazing couples and people that can relate to what we go through in the process.  
 
Here is to some hope  ❤️🎈🙏 that our case was approved and that all of you are safe at home.

Well we haven't had an interview scheduled before everything went downhill so I don't think that we will get the interview waived. But that's fine with me. Like @Kat & K said: as long as y'all get out of our way 😂

 @Sarge2155, you were the first I met here and welcomed me on the April Forum. Than @Greenbaum  who taught me very early on to trust the process.

It's real my friend. No way it's a mistake.  I said that once I was notified, but at this late date and seeing how there's been several  waivers before yours IT'S REAL!!! I'M  so hoping that many others  are waived. Congratulations and it's ok to SCREAM. %$## this is soooo exciting.

Here's another one. There are anecdotal reports of a few more in a couple threads (hearsay - not those individuals).

Congratulations! Hope we hear our approval too. My interview was scheduled in the last week of March and then was cancelled. Haven't heard anything since then.

Doesn’t seem to be a mistake. May be you have very good supporting documents that they thought of approving you rather than waiting for unknown interview date just to approve you at the time. Congras.

I really hope it isn’t an error. My gut feeling is that it’s correct. You SO deserve this. You have had such a long hard road and have been so selfless in giving your time and advice to people on here.  Giving encouragement to people who have been waiting far less time than you have and are already freaking out, must not always have been easy but you still continue to advise and assist. I think you are awesome.

Hey, don’t lose hope. I came across to this site: https://www.***removed***/experience/482433-I-485-update.html#comments and her/his Aos was waived too like Sarge. I feel like applicants with cancelled interview are getting waived. You might be seeing a new card is produced within this month! Good luck! 

No not the AOS as I was waiting for the interview, but I hear they look at the big picture  meaning they refer back to the K1 for reference. My K1 was extremely  solid even if it took 299 days to approve is all I can think of, there are a few other things but I don't want to speculate here in an open forum.
