This is what I sent in: Passport stamps, flight   Information (copies of boarding passes)…FaceTime pictures, copies of some of your conversations on messenger. Document your experiences together on Facebook. Later you can print screenshots of your Facebook page. Proof you are engaged. Receipt of engagement ring. Take pictures with her family as well when you visit.
Lots of help on YouTube as well!

You two can also meet in a third country and spend some time together. It would be good to meet before she has her interview as you have not seen one another in a very long time. Save boarding passes, etc from the trip

This looks like the standard RFE you get when you don't include evidence of meeting within 2 years of filing. As others have stated, passport stamps, boarding passes, visas, etc. that show you were in the same place at the same times within the 2 year period mentioned in the RFE. Photos like you said are pretty much useless, so concentrate on the good hard evidence.

I know we are a month past this, but what ended up happening was they read the translated portion of the divorce decree for my fiancee.  They stopped where it said "this will come into effect 30 days after this was written unless there is an objection."  It was stamped correctly for the post 30 days and she picked it up from the court about a month or 2 after it was stamped.  We had a long, deep conversation when I received the RFE.  I scanned over the copy she presented to me in color and she explained.  I drank a couple cups of coffee, took a walk outside, and then realized exactly what I needed to write to USCIS.  It was approved though!  I think sometimes, USCIS just wants you to explain something to them.

If he has a photo copy of the passport he lost then send in the photo copy. Also if he has a photo copy of any stamps from that passport then send them in also. I would never send in my original passport any way because they would be hard to get back. Send in any copies of boarding passes from each flight to and from. Also a copy of the flight itinerary’s. Picture with your engagement ring on. I left an example picture of us. Send in a copy of his drivers license as well, and maybe a statement that his passport was lost if you don’t have any photo copies of his old one. Make extra copies of everything before sending them. You will need them for the future

Yeah, it would be much easier if they used rapid tests instead of RT-PCR tests for both departure and arrival. Just do it at both airports. Boom, problem solved.

Yeah, pretty sad that people who immigrate legally have to. I don't see them doing all of that to people who migrating to USA through Mexico border.

I just heard from her and SHE WAS APPROVED it took 5 hrs to go through the whole process, they are doing pre-interviews now then a whole ####### load of other stuff, most of what we uploaded to the NVC did not get transferred to embassy they gave her 30 minutes to upload it all, they did look at all my financials also, once that was all done she had to do other things before final interview which they asked her 5 questions in 2 minutes and was approved they said tuesday or wednesday next week she will have visa ready for pick up at 2go spot.yes you got most of the story correct also for what we have been through.

Yes, having copies of everything is very important. We made 4 identical AOS packages. Mailed one to USCIS, one for my husband, one for me - in case we got separated during the interview and one for our lawyer who attended the interview with us. We were not separated but they interviewed us at different times. 
 
For the I-751, we used maybe 75% of the evidence we submitted for AOS and then added updated evidence to it since the date my husband got the green card. That way we submitted plenty of evidence since the date of the marriage. 
 
You want to be as thorough as you can be starting with AOS. 

Just out of curiosity: Do you think that conditional greencards are not needed or not useful to prevent marriage fraud?  While I find them a bit of a hassle I can accept that they are meant to serve a legitimate purpose.

Congrats!! Thank you so much. We got the RFE finally on 28th May and sent the reply on the next day. We got the notification that they have received our RFE reply.

I find it funny that so many people told me that I would never be able to get my fiancé here (now my wife) because of the Trump administration. The truth is it wasn’t that difficult if you just follow through with all the paperwork correctly and tell the truth. What is wrong with any administration wanting to conduct through background checks on both individuals. This not only protects her, but also protects me. I’d rather have it take a little bit longer for the protection of both and all us citizens.
 
Is the waiting period stressful? Yes, it’s hard to be patient. Everything worked out great for us!

Mike Wallace was on point yesterday. Seems Biden wants to raise corporates tax rate to the highest in the world. Of course it will just be passed on to the consumer, causing inflation and wage buying power will go down. Great lets raise the min wge to 15 an hour then make everything more expensive.  They cant be that stupid. Are the trying to destroy America and the middle class on purpose?

we got RFE too, the deadline is usually 3 months. so you should still have time to receive it before it get expired. after you have submit it, it takes up to 60days for them to give you approval . some might take shorter for approval after they received the evident sent. we waited 42days after submitting the RFE request for approval. but others takes 10-14days max to received it. so good luck.hope you get your hard copy soon 

Not accurate.  Non-citizens/non-PRs (such as EAD holders pending AOS) who had SSN and filed taxes were eligible even for the previous round of stimulus checks.
 

I’ve been researching a lot on the subject because I also am in a CR1 process. Trump has never touched on those situations in all of his Former “immigration plans”. He is primarily focusing on job related visas and their families. His plan from 2018 (maybe 2019?) was not touching anything with spousal immigration. If anything, I think he’s trying to make it somewhat easier. That’s what I heard, we shall see  
 
I think if anything, our biggest worry will be the USCIS putting people on furloughs. I don’t think Trump’s immigration overhaul is gonna affect people like us. 
 
I will say this, DO NOT believe everything written about this subject. Nobody knows what the heck theyre talking about anymore. Plus the media is doing their best to push fear and make people crazy. Read, but take each article with a grain of salt and follow this forum for updates.  

I photo copied my passport stamped pages and sent them in with my passport bio info/picture as well. We also sent in hotel receipts, pictures of us together in Cebu. Copies of our video chats, and messages. Also sent in pictures of me with her family members too
