  1. You are right!! Hence why they are all drowning in debt and they complain why they dont have money for emergencies, lol!!!!
  2. Not really... It's cheaper than the iphone or android almost all people have... The majority of people in this world no longer set priorities.. They buy materialistic things over more important things.. Skip the daily starbucks, ditch the apple airpod, ipad, and iphone, and the brand new car people bought with the COVID money, and they will have more than enough for the i-601 and lawyer fee..
  3. If you ask me, the i-944 was much much harder than the i-601. the i-601 was a walk in the park for us. it isnt difficult to do.
  4. My wife did medical in her home country, but when the doctor asked for vaccines, we simply told him no. They will either check the box that says "applicant doesnt want to be vaccinated" or "applicant chooses religious exemption from vaccines". the doctor check the "applicant doesnt want to be vaccinated" on my wifes medical form. As i mentioned earlier, K1 doesnt require vaccines until AFTER you arrive into the US and during AOS. However, this could be harder now since they require covid shot before you do medical in your home country. However, you can try to tell the doctor you oppose it, due to religious beliefs. The waiver will be approved when you sumbit the i-485 and i-601 together.. this is how we did it.
  5. My wife came here on a k1 visa. Vaccines arent required for K1. They are only required during AOS. Thats why we went the K1 route and not CR1. We spent the time in the US together while her AOS and vaccine waiver got approved.
  6. I hear this all the time. People will claim they dont have money for emergencies, yet they have a brand new $1,000 iphone 13 or Android, ipad, iwatch and air pods.... On top of that, they drive brand new cars... I have plenty of friends who are all materialistic, yet they all complain when they cant make rent... I tell them to stop buying stuff you dont need, like the things i mentioned above, but they all give me the deer in the headlights look... some people know how to set priorities, and others dont... I still see new comments on here from time to time. Just cant find them now..
  7. In Christianity, vaccines are considered "unclean". Since they use aborted fetus and other unclean ingredients. So yes, it's does affect one's health... We never lied about anything.
  8. Last month they approved her vaccination waiver due to religious belief and her greencard got approved! The I-601 took about a year to get approved. We submitted the i-485 and i-601 together to the same location. No RFE either!! All thanks to this VJ member soscolin who posted on here over 10 years ago. he recommended Alan Philips the vaccine lawyer. https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/269164-form-i-601-for-religious-objection-to-vaccines/ scroll down to see his post. I paid Alan $500 and he helped my wife to write a good letter and he also recommend that we get 3 support letters from people you know (family members or friends). Alan is a kind man and he spent so much time on us doign back and forth emails, inorder to strengthen my wife's letter. I paid $900 for the I-601 too. So $1,400 total, WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Hell, i would have spent tens of thousands if I had to, so my wife wouldnt have to take the vaccine. Her health is more important than money. So all of those trolls or deniers who said "it would never get approved", you were all wrong.. People who believe in something will NEVER give up. Vaccine waivers do get approved, but people dont post on here, because we will get harassed...
