    No we didn’t expedite. Just sent it august 18 that’s my p.o date. Thanks ! Good luck and hold on to faith. I lost it a couple times with the RFEs we received but it was small stuff. One was my fault the other was their errors. Costly error actually since I had to pay for a new medical exam ! It all paid off

    Likewise bud ! We just got out green card today !! !!! We received the EAD after less than a month of USCIS receiving the app. After two RFEs we got the approval for Green Card. The AP never got touched, but in assuming it doesn’t matter now that we have the the green card !

    Thank you for this !! The case online said the RFE response was sent and had not updated to received. I checked the USCIS online and it was received!

    Ok thanks. So I received this same notice on Saturday. We have a new medical appointment today so I can respond to the RFIE before January 25th 2023. This is my second RFIE, the first one was for a mistake in the I864 back in September. My wife received her EAD but the I485 and AP apps are still pending . She did her biometrics but this 2nd RFIE has been the latest update since we responded to the1st one back in September. Do you see this trend as the interview waiver since it wasn’t a deficiency notice ? Thank you for your help

    august 18th filer here on the 16th of September we received the EAD but no status change for AP. Only 485 showing active review after biometrics. Can someone tell me if they received a letter for interview appointment please?!

    Hello all, I received an RFIE for and the letter was a generic one about resubmitting the i864 for the AOS for my wife's petition. I submitted all tax forms with required supporting documents (i.e passport bio page, pay stubs, most recent tax returns and transcripts, employment verification). The only thing I found wrong on the i864 itself was that I put my wife's birthday year as 2022. Could this have triggered the RFE? thanks
