ADW & JOP reacted to Hawk Riders in Traffic Violation after DQ at NVC
Do you intend to take it to court, or pay fine/no contest by mail?
Either way, until the response-due date or the court date, it isn't a conviction for the offense... after such time, it is (unless you opt for court and it winds up dismissed).
Bring documentation of the outcome to your interview, whenever it gets scheduled :/

K1 is a one-time entry. You won't be able to get this all sorted in time. If you must visit Canada, then you should sort out your affairs first before crossing the border, otherwise you will need to start from scratch.

No, but OP could have decided to get legally married that is recognized by USCIS for a CR1 visa, and subsequently changed her mind for a K1 visa. Either way, I am trying to give OP the benefit of the doubt. The OP can help clarify this or not.

It seems you have set your mind. This may be a helpful link for you.

Judging from their previous posts, it appears the urgency to seek asylum has something to do with the inability to get a fiancé visa as a LPR, adjust status on a visitor visa, or adjust status on a J1 visa. It seems OP did not like the quoted 2.5 years for a spousal visa but perhaps it's time for the OP to re-consider? Time's a ticking...

More to the point, it seems like they have already committed immigration fraud as the post history clearly dates back to May 2019 when they asked for help to adjust status from J1/tourist visa..

None.  It's a mistake, not any intention to hide anything.  Furthermore, it's not material.

FYI, MMR vaccine is not contraindicated in people with HIV unless they are severely immunosuppressed, in which case, there are larger issues at stake.
