The Guangzhou exam hospital does not do appointments.  It is first come, first serve, and you should expect to get there at least 2 hours before they open and stand in line.  If you arrive at, or after opening, it can be up to a 6 hour wait until your number is called.  There's a sit-down Luckin Coffee in the same building, so at least you can get a latte and some carbs while waiting around.
 
How long have you been in Guangzhou, are you in a 14 day arrival quarantine?  If you've been here longer than 14 days, to be honest, I'd tell the guards at your complex to 'f' themselves, and go get your business done.  They can't legally be forcing you to only go out for 2 hours, unless you have clear instructions from government CDC quarantine officials to stay indoors.  I've had guards at my complex try to claim I need stamps, or I need to scan a QR code, and I just ignore them, it's my house, and I got keys, and the Chinese locals don't have these rules, so why should I.

This is good news if they are looking to reopen then. They could have continued with their suspension for much longer.

Look at his further comments in the thread, and he says he isn't sure of the status of K-1 visa's.  He guesses they'll be ok, but needs clarification from the DHS.  But guessing will get us nowhere.

If you have a pending AOS case, you'll be fine.  There have been no reports of language invalidating pending cases in the EO drafts.

None of his previous EO's have been temporary though.  I'm just going by history, and no expert thinks the economy will be bouncing back for at least 6 months or longer, the travel industry will be damaged for at least a year or two.  If this is to stem the flow of workers coming in so Americans have a larger pool of jobs, 2 months isn't going to amount to anything.

First link is where Presidential actions are officially posted.  2nd is the National Archives which publishes all executive orders.  We don't know when it will be posted, but sometime tomorrow in America.  Could be leaked earlier, but these are the official places to read it.

Americans who wish to bring immediate family to the country would still be able to do so, according to the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity before the plan was announced. About one million people were granted green cards last year.

Everything we are hearing from those who have seen the leaked order are saying it exempts spouses and children of American citizens, family/spousal visas are likely to still be ok.  The only challenge is for those who don't yet have theirs... finding an open embassy is a challenge right now.

Personal advice:  Do everything to get her on that plane.  If she's allowed to board, that's most of the battle.  Upon landing, she can state calmly to CBP that she has a valid visa AND the guidelines were clear enough to enable boarding.  If the front-line agent hesitates, she should calmly point out that NO flights back to Ecu are permitted.  If there's still hesitation, she should calmly yet insistently ask for the shift supervisor or port director and calmly explain the reasoning.  My gut tells me that she'll be admitted... but it can't and won't happen if she's not on that plane!

You can't be serious.  This throws hundreds of thousands of lives off balance, and could ruin some people opportunity to immigrate to the US.  Everyone ought to be worried, and rightfully so until someone, anyone can provide some details of what he meant.

Testing will also slow the spread, people tested positive without symptoms wont spread it to others. Just for your info
