Additional Information or attach a separate sheet of paper; type or print your name and A-Number (if any) at the top of each sheet; indicate the Page Number, Part Number, and Item Number to which your answer refers; and sign and date each sheet.

You won't get any money back.   You are buying the cheapest ticket you can so you aren't buying a refundable fare.   They are not going to charge you for something you didn't use.

For a judicial wedding the clerk will often ask if there is anything special like vows or rings that you want to do.   The judge or magistrate often will ask each party some basic questions and then bam you are married!   I've seen a bunch of them for friends.  You can get all dressed up of come in nice clothes.
 
We had a court wedding in Hong Kong and the commissioner sat at the head and we sat on one side any our 2 witnesses  (my parents) on the other.  The commissioner said a few words, signed the certificate and then we stood up and took a few pictures.  Mary had a little black and white dress and I wore a suit (the only time that year).   As we were leaving the next wedding party was coming in and they we all super formal with about 100 people.

The form is used by multiple classes.   Not all questions apply.  It is free to file in your case and even it you think it is not needed it is still a good idea just in case the green card is delayed and something comes up.

The fact they kept you passport is usually a good sign.  Give it some time, like a month or so.  Try not to stress out about because there is absolutely nothing you or anyone can do to move it along.

He is here so you can get married.  You can file the I-130 while he is here.   If he is going to stay you will need to file AOS as well but he has to stay in the US until getting a EAD/AP or green card.  Read the guides on the site.

Im actually married with her in  my country culture before sleeping toghter in spain so it's my Halal but we didnt get married officially from the authoroty because of some issues ... Insha'Allah i really apprecaite and i can't wait to be with them ..
Hamdullilah i talk with my wife and daughter every day more then 2 times with videocall for more then 15 months and my wife talk daily with my mom , sister and brother . Also i know all the members of her family so insha'Allah i'll meet them soon . 

All good thing for fiance to have, know and take to interview along with the I-134 and financial info.

You can file now.   Note that you must have US domicile, or show you are going to re-establish domicile, prior to her being issued any VISA.

After you get denied for being married in Spain, you guys file a I-130/I-130a and wait a year, two or three for the correct visa.   A marriage of any sort is married in the eyes of USCIS.  In fact you can look and act too married while being single.   You call her you wife - you are married.
 
USCIS might have to determine if you misrepresented yourself on the first petition. 
 
Have you wife join here too would be a good idea.   Immigration is not a game.  You words and actions have meanings.
