I don't know where you live, but 99% of the SS offices are open. I just got a new card issued here in NYC.

Most offices are taking in person appointments for first SSC and mail in application for other stuff. If you can't get an appointment with the one close to you, call another one, and then another one. Any SS office can accept your application, not only the one next to you.

Why would you send the 10/2 version before that if they explicitly say it's gonna be rejected if postmarked before that. You can either send the 08/25 now via USPS. Or wait for Oct 2nd to send the new version.

It's not concurrently because you're filing after. But your EAD will always be free because your have a AOS filed before Oct 2nd. It doesn't matter if you file after that. The fee change would only affect people who file for AOS after that.

To enter the country she only needs to show AP, nothing else.

The ticket must match her travel document, which is the passport. AP is not a travel document.

When checking in she shows passport, AP and marriage certificate. Passport to travel, AP to show she can enter the country and marriage certificate to show she changed her name.

These are 3 separate applications, so you do need to send evidence for each form separately. 6 passport photos total, 3 i-94... 3 copies of everything pretty much.

You will get RFE if you don't send them.

Follow the guides on the first page of the Sep 2020 thread.

You organize each form with their evidence, and use a paper clip for each set.

They will send you the letter in the mail. Most of times, interview are scheduled 4 to 6 weeks in advance.

The forum has tons of cases you can search to get ready. The letter will also say what to take to the interview.

1040 changes every year. The Total Income on the transcripts should match the 1040 so it doesn't matter where you take the number from.

It wasn't through my account. I just filled out this form: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt

Not sure if it really helped to get an interview. NYC has a processing time of up to 36 months, so I wasn't out of that.

You can't have a JOINT sponsor if you don't have a primary sponsor.

Your spouse is the primary sponsor. He fills out one 864. Your parents in law will fill out 864 and 864a.

The fee calculator wouldn't let you add the I-130 because you're not required to file this form if you came as K1 and got married within the 90 days.

The total if you file before Oct 2nd is 1225.

864 and 864a doesn't feel right to me. Do you have a joint sponsor that also lives in your house? 864a is usually used when the other sponsor is in the same household. I would just send 2 864, one for your spouse and one for your joint sponsor

Your spouse also needs to fill out a 864. Your spouse will always be the main sponsor, even if they don't make enough.

I-130 is the equivalent to the I-129f that you already filed. So you don't file that.

It's gonna be up to the officer. Technically, your sponsor doesn't qualify anymore, so you need to find another way, either using assets or a joint Sponsor. But the officer might not ask for updated information, and just approve based on you first sent. I would have a joint sponsor ready in case they ask if the information in the 864 is still current.

    Your I-94 is digital.

You should've sent a copy of it with the AOS packet. It's one of the requirements.

I-94 is your arrival/departure records. It's needed to show when you entered the country and how you entered.

You're talking about medical done inside the US, which is valid for 2 years and can't be done more than 60 days before the underlying petition is filed.

The other users are talking about K1 medical done outside the US, which is valid "forever" as long as you file for AOS within 1 year of the date of the medical.

Remember that this topic is under the K1 section of the forum. And 99% of K1 don't do the medical in the US.
