My wife's visa (Taiwan) was initially "Refused" pending her submission of a document (221g).  It changed to "issued" 2 days later.......
 
Your situation seems normal imo.

Just let it go unless you have some tangible proof of this crime you allege. Best thing to do is hope she gets her citizenship ASAP so you can at least be off the hook for the I-864. Everything else around the situation can be solved during divorce proceedings.

Get a divorce, learn to co-parent, move on with life. 

Good luck proving that one.  Maybe she loved you and that person as well but kept communication with the other person.

Now if you have a letter and can prove that she wrote it saying "I'm going to marry this fool to get to the US and then leave him"  you might have a case

Your case is in administrative processing.  Unfortunately, it can not be waived or expedited......and it is open-ended.  Some cases takes weeks, months, or longer to clear......but it has been only a couple of weeks.....your status could change to "issued" any time....good luck.

It means he DOES need his own I-130.  Study those I-130 instructions CAREFULLY and THOROUGHLY.  It will be critical to your ultimate success.

Then I suggest your “friend” creates their own account to avoid confusion.

A few receipts of things we did together (really it was a waste if time to send these)
Joint car insurance
2 affidavits
Beneficiary of life insurance
Yup thats about it... 
I had emails and chats but saved those for an RFE (that we never got)
 
Our list for the i-751 was much thicker and better obviously as we had been married for almost 3 years at that time.  
 
They really dont expect newlyweds to have a bunch.
 
If you were really asking for a friend, next time say its for a friend, or better yet, tell the friend to join. I still am not sure I believe it, but Im not the one judging your file or marriage either. 
 
FWIW, we had only been dating for 6 months when we married. 
 

Vawa applies to a spouse who is being abused regardless if anything has yet to be filed.  Often it is a way for a person to get status when their controlling and abusive spouse has refused to file anything. 
Keeping someone from having a legal status on purpose is controlling and manipulative.

This is not standard at all. They definitely suspected fraud. Most interviews are just a couple of questions for formality. I don’t mean to offend by what I’m about to say but please don’t say this is normal on a forum like this. You’re scaring people saying this is normal. This is not normal procedure. For whatever reason, and that is no one’s business, they suspected you weren’t a real couple. This is the procedure when they think the relationship isn’t genuine. A standard aos interview is nothing but a couple of questions and basically just looking over paperwork with the couple together. 

Exactly. What you both did day before the interview.. they couldn't remember 24 hours prior the being asked? I drink and I still can remember that stuff(what we did day before his biometrics as we did not have an interview)... and remember his birthday last year, anniversary (wedding and dating ones)..

Hope it's ok to tell a short story. Funny thing reminded me of horrible times with uscis the other day. My husband asked me to buy him a new toothbrush the other day. So i am in the store and i am looking at tooth brushes and i don't remember what color my toothbrush is hahaha. (because i didn't want them to be the same color). Mine! And they expect you to remember things like other person's toothbrush color. Just trying to say that I think there is no crime in getting those questions wrong, they will be ok. Eventually...

Stokes is not normal, a very rare occurrence so there must have been other issues to trigger this.
