Applied n-400 (already approved 10 years GC)  on AUG 31. Apreared for the N-400 interview last week and approved.
on interview, waited for 30 mins and after that an officer took me in and it took 15 mins in total.
    the officer asked following questions
what 1 promise you give as an us citizen  only right for US citizen  responsibility for us citizen How many U.S. Senators are there? name 2 US holidays not remembered Then english verbal and written 1 line for each. Asked some personal questions, didn't ask any document or photo or anything, but it depends on case to case.
And took my both green cards, kept the 2 years one with them and gave back the 10 year one. Gave me a printed letter  - recommended for approval
A week later got an oath letter saying naturalization ceremony after 2 months

You don’t need to wait for USCIS to send the letter before knowing your exact interview date, if you have a USCIS online account, login and check under “my documents” there you will be seeing a copy of your interview notice that will be arriving in the mail. If you don’t have an account, you can create one and register the receipt number for your N400, everything is in soft copy in your USCIS account.

NB, it is better to login on a laptop or pc when trying to see your documents saved by USCIS, never had any luck opening it on a mobile device.

    To head off some questions
    0. We used a USPS money order for the check.
    1. The documents were not redacted - account numbers, amounts, etc. were visiable
    2. tax form for husband - IRS had sent back the originally submitted 2019 return for an issue with the signature. I refiled.  I wrote the certified mail number and return receipt number on the resubmission 1040 and provided a copy of the certified mailing label and return receipt label showing the Department of Treasury Address.
    3. Wife's electronic filing - we did not have any confirmation emails or the like , so i did not include them.
    4. We file as "MARRIED - FILING SEPARATELY" and have each others name and ssh listed on the 1040s.
    5. The insurance cards for both vehicle has both names.
    6. we are each others beneficiaries for ad&d, life insurance and 401ks.
    7. the affidavits were from one family member, the only live family member of my wife, and then 3 friend/friend couples that have known us for some time.
    8. We had a bunch of travel and printed the airline reservation, hotel reservation and put the associated pictures with the itineraries so that it could be grouped.
    9. We bought a house about a year after getting the green card and moved across the country. Both names are on the deed and mortgage.
    10. Vehicles are titled in each person's name respectively. not jointly titled.
    11. In the cover letter, we identified that my wife changed her name from madden name to married name. We included her passport with her married name as evidence of the name change.

fingers crossed we won't need an interview.

I have researched and USCIS prefers IRS tax transcripts and it is a much stronger evidence than just tax returns.

Dear Greenbaum, You took my post very negatively, I just removed those questioned (strigke out) which according to you were already answered and I didnt ask those questions, though You answered it again even after knowing it was answered and other people also answer it again. so I removed them by highlighting it. I didn't and never mean what you believed about my behavior. I do go throuh the posts on daily basis.

About your experience, I really appricate that you have been here for long time, it's visibled on your profile, If I had similar experience like you, you would have reacted differently rather than getting short temper & judging the people based on striking the text. I'm also surprised that people are supporting to your negative reactions.

Again,  Thanks for all your help about my queries, & I'm sorry if you felt insulting due to striking text, I didn't mean that way.

A lot of these questions can be found by reading through this thread from the beginning and/or by using YOUR EMBASSY Portal and/or by using the “magnifying” glass to search specific questions.
One must be willing to do research as these are very common questions.

Prince & Angel reacted to faithful12 in Rele Clinic Experience - Jan 2018
This post explains our experience at Rele Clinic, Mumbai.

    Documents and other things required:

Orig passport and 1 copy of the same Interview letter  US visa photo - per person 8 photos Immunization record original and 1 copy Reading glasses if any.
I called up Rele Clinic as soon as I got my P4 and set an appointment over the phone. Our appointment was set for 8.30 am. We reached there around 8.25am, the place was already packed. We went ahead and got a token and waited for our turn to be called. (If you are going with kids, carry a sweater or jacket; its really cold inside)

Once the token no was called. We were asked to fill docs and submit all the documents as per requirement. (as mentioned above)
Soon, they called each on of us for Eye test, Blood draw, urine testing, Chest Xray (no chest xray was done for our kids).
Mantoux test was done for kids and we were asked to return after 48 hrs to get it read.

Once all the examination was done, We had complete head to toe physical examination (Except UG everything was asked to be removed and a gown was given).
The attending doctor went on like a bullet train with a set of questions. I answered NO to all of them. (Female Dr for Females and Male Dr for Males).
Once that was done she explained the need of 3 vaccines that were mandatory for immigration. (I carried my vaccine records). I had to take all 3 of them in one shot.
(Carry all the vaccine records possible. My husband did not have any records so he was required to take 4 vaccines. It is advisable you get the vaccines from your local physician and carry a note from him that you were vaccinated). Kids got more vaccines (4 to 5 in one shot).
With the completion of all examination and vaccination, we were asked to pay the total bill towards it (came close to INR 48,000 for 4 of us).

We were asked to come after 3 days to collect the report (Carry the payment receipt and passport copy). The report was kept in a sealed pack - this has to be carried to the consulate. A CD was also given - this needs to be taken along to POE not consulate. Another sheet having the summary of vaccines were also given - this is for our personal use.

After the tiring day , we headed to B Merwan in Grant Road and had amazing Irani food.
