  1. Confused

That would be an easy Slam Dunk for everyone else then. In other words, no need for a K1 visa and maybe not even a CR1 from abroad.
Much easier and Much cheaper to just apply for a B1-B2 and marry here. Make sense? No USCIS, No fees, No NOA1, No NOA2, No NVC, No Interview, No Months of waiting, No Ap and No Nada... But, you could be very right and I wish you nothing but the best of luck in your journey.
Trust me, I am not hating what so ever. Westerners and Canadians can get here with almost No Visa, but still go the course. Make sense???

AGREED 1000% as long as you are honest and can afford the ticket in case of the "go back scenario".

IMHO, your best option is either K-1 or CR-1. You would need to have a legitimate paper trail of supporting documents for that. Receipts from trips such as hotel folio's of your stay, airline tickets if any, passport stamps if you both took a trip abroad, cruise receipts. Photos with family and friends, monetary transactions etc are helpful. Non-concrete evidence such as letters from family/friends etc is no evidence at all.

B-1 would show immigrant intent and is probably not a viable option.

could be your intention but from CBP officer point "you have a high intention of AOS"

As someone already said, you have high chance of being turned away.  Remember CBP officer will have all the data. DON'T LIE THEM

Fun facts that have nothing to do with this topic but I'm feeling a bit nitpicky...
Amsterdam is not a country but a city in the Netherlands. It's capital, to be exact. It is located in the province of North Holland which, together with South Holland, used to be a republic of it's own called 'Holland', giving the Netherlands its unofficial name that most people abroad still use (and some Dutch people too to the annoyance of all the Dutch folks not from the aforementioned provinces (yours truly included)).

And that ends our geography lesson for today.

Also, you can only get married in the Netherlands if at least one of you is a Dutch citizen.

No I am not certain what this person's intentions are, as I am not this person.

    However, It is not illegal.

Just like someone else coming to any other country, let's say going to Turkey or Amsterdam or whichever country they go to... And they won't be getting married over the sea on a non-binding international waters. They need to get married somewhere.... It is not illegal to marry in US. many people do. So I see your frustration by going through the right routes and waiting forever, which I also feel the same for people who lie and adjust their status. I want to believe this person. and give them the correct information without making them feel even worse by blaming them for something they didn't even ask for.

There is a big chance you will be turned away at POE. There are many who were denied Entry to the US with a Visitors Visa B1-B2 if and when the Border Agents know there is Immigration intent. You will be told to go back and apply for the appropriate Visa. There are some who attempted to enter the US with K1 visas, but when POE looked thru luggage and found evidence of marriage (ex: wedding or ceremony photos) the intending Immigrants were turned away also.
You will be asked about the motives behind your trip and you must disclose that you had applied for K1. Actually, that information might or will be available to POE. You may be banned for 5 or 10 years if you lie about your intentions to marry.
Only my 2 cents here and I, personally, would rather wait a year or two than be banned altogether.
    Good Luck!

your petition now will be sent back to the US and allowed to expire / you can not appeal this decision
your only recourse is to return to Turkey and marry and file a CR1
many of us have had this happen and we know the hearbreak
be sure the new photos include Turkish family expecially the mother as you need to show proof the family approves
take note that a religious or big age difference will be under strict questions at next interview
    good luck to u

Perhaps, your cases is one of the strongest I have encountered on VJ.
I am 99.9% sure your spouse s visa will be approved Nshlah.
Honestly, the only concern you may have is how long before he receives Visa in hand.
However, I hope your wait is within days only nshlah. Bon Courage!
Ps. Please change the title of your post; I see not one red flag.

Start applying now and show evidence. There are sites like Pareap where you submit your resume with cover letter.
You submit your Cert and subject you can teach and they will email you job notifications. Good luck

Agreed and agreed. The financial part is important as the USC has resided outside the States and does not have an income here.

    When Casa denies means denied
    no reason  is ever given
your AP just means sending case to the US
there is no appeal / it is allowed to expire
go and marry/ prepare to show a strong relationship for your CR1
this means family approval especially from the mother
in photos you send for CR1 make sure there are some Moroccan family members and label their names
do not show photos of the USC female in shorts (bare legs) or showing bare arms in any shirt (follow the culture norms for Morocco)
25 photos of both trips with marriage celebration is plenty
you can overcome the age difference / you need a strong and loving relationship to do this
it will take some time but worth it in the end
we are married now almost 9 years
prepare him well for the CR1 interview
he must know every big and litlte thing about u
he must answer honetly and quickly without elaborating on the answer
he must have a plan for life in the US like going to college or work
also make sure your income meets the 125% poverty level income for this  CR1
    good luck to you
write to me if you need anything/ sometimes i am slow to write as my hands still not good from breaking both wrists

incha allah all will turn out well for u

I think the question was posed due to the statement in your letter of not being able to have face-time with your spouse because of not being able to fly due to your recent back surgery, then following that up with the statement about how you're presently remodeling your basement.

(Not asking you to justify the statements in your letter, just giving my thoughts as to why the member might have asked that question  )

I married a guy (US citizen)15+ years younger than I am.
Do I think it happens that younger men just happen to fell in love with older women? yes.
However, I also believe the absolute majority of people sitting in front of a computer, sending unsolicited messages on social media, hoping to fell in love with an older western woman (man) are scammers. NO, THEY DON'T LOVE YOU, THEY LOVE YOUR NATIONALITY
Unfortunately, it happens too often in countries like Morocco and the Philippines.

That you haven't read of it, is like me saying I haven't read anything in Chinese.  What you have or haven't read has little if any bearing on what IS.

No, the point is not to keep us safe.  They are NOT protecting you.  They are enforcing immigration law, that requires them to make a judgment call as to whether fiance(e) or spouse immigration benefits sought are based on bona fide relationships.  A K-1 visa from Morocco in your circumstances was unlikely.  That you didn't know that BEFORE you filed was the result of a lack of research on your part.

Consular Officers do not always get it right.  I cannot make any judgment on your relationship.  I don't know enough about your case.  But, the Consular Officer knew all that was in the file, did their job, and may or may not have made the correct decision.  No matter how you "FEEL" about it, if you are honest with yourself, you KNOW, that YOU don't KNOW either.  Feelings are not knowledge.

If you want to be together, the way to do so is to withdraw your I-129f petition, go get married AND spend two or more months living together as man and wife in Morocco.  If you do not, the be prepared for this "dream" not to end well.
