payxibka got a reaction from Hilde in F Student visa with K1 approved
a student visa requires no immigrant intent. With an approved petition, you would be hard pressed to overcome that.
-
payxibka got a reaction from flicks1998 in How much backlog will the US Embassy tolerate?
There is very little non immigrant backlog as the most applied for visa is B1/2. No travel options, no need for a visa.

payxibka got a reaction from lrbirdsong in How long will they keep k1 on the backburner
Some consulates are already starting to issue k1s. So it is not some sort of evil plan to shutdown the k1 option

payxibka got a reaction from Ken & Yana in For All K1 Visa Petitions that have Stalled at the NVC or Consulate
Not applicable. The threatened action is about suing the DOS not the USCIS.

payxibka got a reaction from Ksenia_O in Illegal Work on the I-129f

How would they know?
With that said, the petitioner signs the form acknowledging that the information provided is complete and accurate under the penalty of perjury.
In addition, the same work history is supplied on the i485 and my wife was questioned about her prior work history at her green card interview

payxibka got a reaction from Marieke H in Signature change after marriage
A signature is nothing more than a personal "mark." Much ado about nothing.

payxibka got a reaction from AJC12B in Changing Consolate/Embassy ( Moving Countries)
You can try to intercept when at NVC. If you are unsuccessful, you contact the new consulate and ask them to request a file transfer.
No added fees
Can add 30 days or so to the process
