In your previous thread you were advised to wait until after your biometrics before requesting an expedite. Not sure why you decided to ignore that advice. Without biometrics they can't do anything. 
 
You seem very impatient, sending a service request when your NOA1 did not come immediately. It is not unusual for NOA1 to take a bit over a month.
I know it is frustrating, especially with a job offer. Expedites are possible, but for some parts of the process you still just have to wait in line like anyone else. Meanwhile, make sure you keep communicating with your employer, to let them know where you're at, and hopefully they'll hold the job for you. Good luck.

I think the mistake is with the USPS not the uscis

Don't know where you live but even from Toronto the airfare for one person is only around $500. Double that if the 4 year old is travelling too, the 9 month old should be flying for free. In my opinion, if your wife has a good relationship with her mom and really wants to go visit, then that is something you can't put a price on. Visiting family is priceless in my opinion. Plus her mother is not getting younger, who knows how many more years she will have. Just my opinion though, everyone is different.

What helped me a lot to keep my sanity,  was forcing myself to get out of the house every single day. It's so easy to just sit at home when you feel miserable, but just sitting at home just made me feel even more miserable. It made my world very small.
During the first month, when I did not have that rule yet, I would sometimes pick fights with my husband or just be very difficult. He'd ask me if I'd left the house at all that day, and that made me realize I'm a much nicer person when I get some time outside of the house. It could be anything: a walk to the store, a yoga class, a bike ride, or just reading a book on a bench in a park. 

What docs did you submit? Your father must return to the US as the point of an immigrant visa is for family reunification in the US. If he prefers to stay in the Phils then there's no point for his son to immigrate. 

I recently learned to say RANCH dressing in Texan to the drive-thru speaker. It changed my life. 😂

But it got better when I started working. I now have a job that I love, made amazing new friends, and I feel useful again.

I'm with you on that! It does make me feel so much better to get out of the house. The problem I have is that I'm used to just being able to walk out of the house and get to wherever I want to go to, but I can't do that here. We're three miles out of the centre of town. There is a bus, but it runs once every half an hour at best and is rather unreliable - not to mention limited in where it goes. I can't walk to the store as it's about four miles away. I can get on my bike, and I can cycle to the park to read my book, but as it's hot and humid here (and only going to get hotter and more humid) I don't always want to! Walking has always been my therapy, and I miss being able to do it. I've told my husband that we have to move somewhere more walkable.

Funnily enough right now I have our cat sitting on my lap trying to 'help' me to write this reply. I agree that having a pet around during the day does help. It's nice to feel useful, even if that is only as the cat's servant 😂

Sounds unlikely.  The marriage certificate being in the car smells fishy.  
 
The wife saying the officer threatened her to withdraw.  I don’t believe that for a second.
 
Sounds like you’ve been lied to and/or you friend and wife are lying to each other.  

God does not control the immigration.
 
Sounds to me like it was a GC marriage, and his removal is warranted.

This is all quite amusing but... Seriously, OP, let your girlfriend go home to Ireland for a few weeks while you figure out what to do. That way you’ll (1) know she has “properly” left contiguous North America to validly end her stay in the US before attempting re-entry, and (2) if she does get denied re-entry, she’ll be at home (pre-clearance in Ireland) rather than stranded in a third country.

Always a good idea to keep up to date if you are in the biz.

But it was your decision to make a baby before you have the legal permission to live together in the same country. Be an adult and accept the consequences of that decision. 

You could try that and report back?  We would all be extremely interested to see how it works out for you.
