Sounds like she had it all planned out. If, and I do mean IF, she did scam you...she knew what she was doing. Seems like she knew more about immigration than you did. Because she only came here after the 2 year mark. This makes the marriage seem more legit. When you were doing the immigration for her, did you understand the risks involved? Did you know the difference between the 2 year conditional green card and a 10 year green card? Do you understand that you are still responsible for her financially even if you two separate or divorce per the Affidavit of Support you signed?
 
 
You can try but it may be futile. You spent all of your efforts proving that the marriage was real. Also, you even said your own parents wrote affidavits claiming that the marriage was real. No you want to turn around and say it is not? Look at it this way, you stayed married to her for 3 years, your family knew about her and welcomed her. It is really difficult to prove that it is 100% fraud. 
 
 
That alone is not going to do it. In fact, how do you know that she is not going through culture shock by moving away from her family in her country? Or how do you know that she may have been unhappy in the marriage and the move here pushed her over the edge? I'm not saying these things happened, I'm saying that those are arguments that can be made on why it's NOT fraud. 
 
I'm sorry you are going through this. But we see things like this happen. You definitely will not be the last. The best advice for you now is to protect yourself. Make sure she doesn't have access to your bank account or credit card in case. Be sure you document everything that involves any interactions with you (calls, text, etc). I know you want to find her to get the answers you want but don't go too deep in searching for her. It can easily turn into a harassment or stalking case against you if you do too much. And don't waste you efforts on trying to get her deported. It is likely not going to happen. It would take a mound of undisputed evidence with her practically admitting in court to have frauded you.
 
ICE is not going to track her down. I repeat, ICE, or immigration is NOT going to track her down nor deport her. If you look at how ICE operates, they focus more on hard criminals and illegal workers. Not failed marriages. Even if the spouse moves out after only 3 days of living together, it is not enough to warrant a search and detainment.
 
You have to accept that she is here to stay. You have to move on and take care of yourself. If anything, you can learn from this experience.
