Tell me what part of "before deregulation" do you remember?  I grew up in that regulated period and remember much of it, and I can tell you people are doing much better now than back then.  Even the poor folks have life easier.  I have the same business my father had and I can afford a lot more than he did.  Looking at all groups of people there is no comparison of then and now.  When I was a kid a TV was a major purchase, and it was black and white.  Now folks have several huge TVs.  Same for cars, etc.  International travel was for the wealthy.

My ex, an American woman, never did figure out the thermostat. It was a Nest or something like it. There was a point she did figure it out, but I had an app and just reset it, so she decided she hadn't figured it out after all.

I realize that I rail against the idiot Democrats and their mouthpieces in the mainstream media, but why has no one in those circles brought up Crowdstrike, Biden's actual quid pro quo, or the actions of the Democrat senators and reps with respect to the Ukraine?  Occasionally, I hear someone question Biden's actions with the leaders of the Ukraine where he threatened them in person (bragging about it with his globalist buddies later) and I hear it said that everyone wanted that person out so we should ignore it.  That is immaterial to the argument as Joe had a huge conflict of interest in pressuring a foreign leader which would lead to pressure being removed from his son.

You know that the Socialist are not going to talk now how future taxes have to be raised to pay for this stuff until after the next elections at least and when they do people will be pissed that they have to pay more. Just the opposite in my office.  The women always want it COLD while I am freezing.  Of course I have lived in FL the past 32+ years so I expect it to be nice and comfortably warm.  The menopausal women always want it colder.  Lucky this time of year when it is so hot outside the AC will only take it down to 73 or 74 no matter how low they set it.  Of course I, the boss, have no say in the matter.  And the wife being from Russia wants to feel as if she is in Siberia.

If it was me,  I'd be removing the attorney from my case and filing the application tomorrow since it appears to be ready to go. 
 
What the attorney should be doing is reviewing and sending rather than charging you an additional fee for writing some letter

Informantion above for entering and exiting Russia with USA and Russia passports is correct.  Very easy.

OP is unhappy with the lack of direction he got from USCIS but his real gripe should be with the time it takes to get his marriage certificate in LA.  In many locations it can be had the same day.  When we got married I hand carried the signed license to the county court house and got my official certificate same day.
 

It's the way it works. People seem to think campaign promises are actual promises. And to be fair, politicians do not try to disabuse the people of this notion. But the truth is, campaign promises are a roadmap and nothing more. Mr. Trump has at least tried to keep his campaign promises, but sometimes it's just not possible. Especially with these Democrats. So he does what he can, which yes, has been a lot of what he wanted to do. For somebody who was never a politician, he has a lot of political savvy.
