LORIEandPHIL got a reaction from eggybreadb78 in Where did you gether the documents before you sent them to the USCIS?? folder? Binder??
When I was gathering the info, I kept in in a folder with a check list on the front of file. When i sent off the package, i must have checked each form, each line about 5 times. I kissed the first page and said a prayer. I put it all in the envelope without the folder, without the clips. We did not get any RFE.

There is something very strange about a 46yo, thrice divorced man secretly marrying a foreign 17yo girl (were you dating her at 16?) while cohabitating with one of his exwives who financially supports him as he is unemployed. Take the time to mull that over.

I used Rapid Visa, they saved me no time and I did the work for little to no advice and support from them. This site is more than adequate for your immigration needs. Save the cash and buy your significant other a nice gift

British is not a language, in Great Britain most people speak English (not to be confused with the simplified English used in the USA.).

You're lucky siblings can even petition in the US. In most other western countries, only parents, children and spouses can be petitioned. The US is VERY generous when it comes to family immigration. I truly don't understand why so many people want to move to America, why so many people are frantically trying to find a way to get to America?! The real America is nothing like the Hollywood blockbusters. If it's a better quality of life people are looking for then there are far better countries to live in.

This is none of your business. The OP is eligible to file for the benefit they are seeking. That's all you need to be concerned with here.
I strongly urge you to take your own advice. The OP seeks advice on how to proceed. She isn't looking for opinions on her life choices from you, me, or anyone else here.Following the death of my wife I also had a couple of (stupid) people ask why I world want to stay here instead of returning to the UK. I'm not quite sure what it is about bereavement that makes some people think they are qualified to critique your choices and give unsolicited advice on how to proceed, but such people are always in the background, seemingly waiting for an opportunity to tell you what they think after your world has collapsed around you.

Filing outside the 90 days is not an issue, as long as you married within that time.

Obviously OP's husband was NOT trying to commit fraud. That's clear from the fact that he announced his intent to do AOS to the CBP officer.

why do people feel free to attack strangers?
my overstay was honest, as I completely ###### up the dates, for a FEW days. It was the first time, and it wasn't a malicious, intentional overstay. I am not making excuses for myself, I fully recognize I broke the law. That still doesn't give you the right to be that condescending and downright mean.
Also, doing things legally is NOT the convenient way, it's the right way. It's going to take a lot of time, effort, money, and me not being able to be with my fiancé. I didn't just fly there, got married on a tourist VISA and commited fraud, which is the ''convenient'' way.
I heard they were being taken away, didn't know it already happened. Thank you! we will see if that one is a better option than the K1 for us.

They will ask you a few questions about your fiance and his family, how you met, and other simple questions. They will not want any paper evidence to show an ongoing relationship. Just relax, it is more of a short chat, than a formal interview.

Actually obamacare made disqualifying for preexisting conditions illegal.
Chances of a c-section is less in the uk too.
Also being born in the Uk doesnt guarantee uk citizenship. Having the uk citizenship parent does. Uk does not have jus soli.

    Are a you a troll?
Your spouse is working his ### off to pay the bills yet you are complaining.
So why can't you work as well since you like to have money always to buy new things for yourself and your daughter?
He is not your slave at your beck and call.
