K-1 Visa Interview Document Checklist

Hi All,

We have our K-1 interview in London on Monday My fiancee is arriving on a visit tomorrow so, ideally, she is accompanying me and will be there when we (hopefully) get approved.

I have prepared a folder of documents to take down to the interview and I just wanted to check with you guys in case there is anything anyone can tell me I have missed or anything further that would be worth including. The items I have are:

DS-160 confirmation page, embassy letter of approved petition/I-129F, DoS visa application confirmation e-mail, birth certificate, police certificate, medical summary sheet and vaccination record, I-134 Affidavit of Support (plus supporting fiancée employment verification letter, fiancée pay slip earning statements, fiancée statement of share holdings), 2x2 photographs, current passport and old passport with previous US entry stamps.

Two questions -

1. Have I missed anything?

2. I'm sure I've read something on here previously about taking some evidence to the interview to prove an ongoing relationship since the I-129F was filled, but I can't find anything from the embassy asking for this. Is there anything we should provide or is this not neccasary?

They will ask you a few questions about your fiance and his family, how you met, and other simple questions. They will not want any paper evidence to show an ongoing relationship. Just relax, it is more of a short chat, than a formal interview.
