The common questions that you are asking are routinely discussed at the respective forums that I will provide links for you. You should review these forums for answers to your routine questions. This is a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) site, you need to do your own research, and then ask questions, if necessary.  You will find people here are glad to help you, but not do your research for you.

SSN questions such as yours are routinely discussed at the SSN and the K1/K3 AOS forums. https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/156-social-security-numbers/  , https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-k1-and-k3-family-based-visas/ , https://www.ssa.gov/forms/ss-5.pdf

Regarding concurrent filing of AOS/EAD/AP applications, see Special Instructions tab at this link: https://www.uscis.gov/i-485

I have seen some people file each application, AOS/EAD/AP, with separate supporting documentation, and I have seen some people file just one set of supporting documentation for AOS/EAD/AP. That topic has be a subject of discussion before. BTW, we successfully filed our AOS/EAD/AP applications with one set of supporting documents. YMMV.

Check out the K1/K3 AOS forums for recent discussions about validity of Form I-94: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-k1-and-k3-family-based-visas/ .

No problem. We all started at the same place you are.

Let's start with this thread. Here you can keep asking questions and other will answer. No need to start and new thread with a new subject.

You don't need to merge your other questions to this document as a MOD must do that. Just begin asking additional questions in this thread. Good luck.

Yes he has to file 3 years. Last 3 years SINGLE. He was not married 2016, 2017, 2018. Next filing (for 2019) is MARRIED because he was married during tax year 2019. The website IRS.gov has forms and instructions for previous years. Taxes/forms change each year so you have to get the correct year. 2016 and 2017 will be similar. In 2018 there was a big overhaul of income tax so the forms and rules changed significantly. If you've got the grit to wade through it, then the IRS website has instructions and publications to cover any situation. Depend on their search box to find things. It will be complicated and may prove to be beyond your commitment of the weeks it will take you studying it. And it will be costly to have an accountant do it for him. A self employed person has the additional forms Schedule C and Schedule SE. He needs to keep good accounting records of his self-employment during the year. Start learning about self-employment here https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/self-employed-individuals-tax-center

The form I-864 has blanks to fill in, reporting numbers from his lastest three tax returns. He needs tax returns before he can fill in that part. He only has to submit one full copy of the most recent tax return. A transcript provided by the IRS is what he is going to need for immigration. Those are prepared by the IRS, after they review what he files. It won't happen quickly.

AND aside from doing it for immigration purposes, he is violating federal law by not reporting his income, paying his tax and paying contributions to Social Security and Medicare (for his future retirement nad possibly your retirement as well.)

All applications will be processed by the National Benefits Center (NBC) first. The EAD and AP will usually be approved before the I-485.
You will get a notice for a biometrics appointment in the coming weeks/couple months.
NBC does an initial review of the I-485 + I-864, and usually issue an RFE/RFIE there if anything is missing or insufficient. If sufficient, or once the RFE/RFIE is resolved, they will issue the EAD and AP...usually as a combo card.
Once the initial review is complete, the I-485 will be transferred to the local USCIS field office. It will wait for an available interview slot...this could be a couple months to close to 2+ years depending on the specific office, which is based on your zipcode.
Once an interview date is assigned, you will get a notice with the interview date and instructions.

After the interview, there are a couple possible scenarios:
    1) Recommended for Approval....usually this can take days to weeks or even longer before final approval/green card being issued.
    2) RFE. Send the response and await approval again.
    3) Unable to make a decision - they could; issue an RFE eventually, want another interview, etc.
    4) Denial. I won't both to go over those next steps/options unless it actually happens. It's not worth the stress.

    1) Receipt notices
    2) Biometrics interview notice
    3) EAD/AP
    4) Interview notice
    5) Approval notice

RFE/RFIE notices can come at any time before #5.

Both the EAD and AP are pointless once the green card is obtained. The green card includes work authorization and is a valid travel document for re-entry, so the EAD and AP are obsoleted by then.

Yes. It is going to take 4 - 8 months before they send it to you.  There is nothing more for you to do but wait until it arrives.

    There are no tips.
Wait for correspondences from USCIS. They will send you receipt notices and biometrics appointment letter. Soon, thereafter, you will get EAD. Then go to work and forget about your GC because it'll take roughly 1.5 years from the day you sent it to get a scheduled interview.

The tips are to patiently wait, volunteer, do projects around the house or apartment, cook, clean, read, learn a new language, take a class at your local college or online.  The downside of the K-1 is while waiting for EAD/AP/AOS, for many many months, you can't work, leave the country, and in some states drive.  Try not to go crazy.  Keep busy and remember that you chose this path and knew upfront it would take 6 or more months to get work authorization.  Good luck!

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

If they are updating the dates it means they are "touching" your record with due processes.  Mumbai can take 2 weeks, a month, 6 months and sometimes longer. Your mileage may vary. More Patience is needed.

Looks like normal Administrative Processing.  Administrative Processing can not be waived or expedited.  There is no way to estimate the time it will require.   In addition, extended AP for cases in Pakistan is very common.  There is really nothing you can do, but wait it out.

If your visa is denied, you will receive notification, and the consulate will return your passport.

If you can't get a divorce in the time they need the decree then they will deny you and you will file a new one with divorce waiver.
Do you already have an interview date for the I-751? When you cancel the N-400 interview that may give you some more time before they call you for the I-751 interview again. So that gives you more time plus 90 days after interview to provide it. Just get started asap.
    Yes you can work.
No they will need the divorce decree before they can approve you.

You could go to interview and switch to a divorce waiver. You should really file for divorce now so you can get the divorce decree. They will give you an RFE and thats 90 days to provide it. And otherwise you can file a new I-751 with a divorce waiver. Also please see above with your N-400 as you can't continue with that one.

The court should be able to generate and supply you with a certified letter of explanation that no records are on file for the case.....the explanation should come from the appropriate court...not an external criminal records check.

Can you? Sure. They will gladly accept payment.
Is it wise? No. Things can happen - both in getting the visa (missing documents, extended AP, etc.), delivery of the visa/package (they can get damaged), and even with the visa itself (wrong information on it).

We heard you twice the first time.

The petitioner USC, your husband, is always the primary sponsor. That is how the AOS requirements are written. If the primary sponsor has to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge. You have to be financially stable enough to support yourself as a Legal Permanent Resident (LPR). If the primary sponsor does not have the financial capability, either through income or assets to meet this obligation, then you will have to seek other people to be a secondary sponsor, or sponsors, that in addition to the primary sponsor, will be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge. If this is not possible then you cannot adjust status, and you should consider moving back to your home country. The AOS financial requirements are pretty cut and dry.  I apologize, I am not trying to paint a bad  picture for you, but that is what it is.

Hopefully your husband can find a job within the next two weeks.

    You are overthinking this.

For the portion of the form that you keep specifying, the Preparer section, you just need to put N/A in the first part where it asks for first and last name. The rest of information will be understood as not being applicable (preparer's address, phone # and such).

If this is for I-751 form, the instructions for the form are pretty clear cut under the How to Fill Out Form I-751 on Pg 3 of the Instructions PDF file:
If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed.

both of your birth certificates should solve that issue
there is no way for them to know that, nor do they care. all you have to provide is proof of meeting within the past 2 years of filing.
once you file and have your NOA1 you can update your address
    nothing
you dont provide proof of income until the interview and by then you will have tax return . at that time you can provide tax transcipt, employment letter, and paystubs
k1 petition is more about the petitioner than the beneficiary. i dont recall an area for that on the k1. if there is, simply answer it though and you can explain in the additional information section. it wont be an issue

Pitaya reacted to geowrian in K1 Visa overstay in USA fiance
    1) His visa was canceled the moment he overstayed even 1 day. This is automatic as stated in the INA.
    2) Do you mean he got an expedited removal? That's would explain the 5 year remark as that is a 5 year ban on any US visa, and can apply if you show up at POE trying to enter without a valid travel document, like he did.

If he did get an expedited removal, then he needs a waiver to have any visa issued prior to the 5 years.
A standalone I-212 can be filed at any time. If he needs an I-601 as well, then that can only be filed after being refused the K-1 visa.
