Hi, I was deported from middle east country for HIV , because I found a job, but when I did medical they found HIV. Now I have boyfriend in USA and we wanna live together and marry. Did my previous health records will affect fiancee visa?Will my boyfriend will know about my medical records from immigration officer?I’m currently living in Norway and having a job there, my boyfriend living in US

I agree with @Crazy Cat, HIV is not grounds for inadmissibility, but not really sure it is healthy to hide things like that from a future spouse.

no HIV testing regulation for medical but agree with others, dont think its good idea to hide those things to ur partner

To answer your specific question (far to late to edit my earlier post), no, the petitioner does not get the results from your medical exam.  This is why most are suggesting you be upfront with your partner.

You're getting ahead of yourself a bit.  Have you met in person?  If not, that would be the second step.  First step is to disclose your HIV status to your boyfriend.  After disclosing your medical situation and meeting in person, decide together where to go from there.  If you both eventually agree to get married and live in the USA (or any other country), both of you need to thoroughly research the immigration process and what is involved.  For the USA, it takes about two years from filing a petition to an immigrant visa interview abroad.

Yes, we was meet in person and I was visited him in USA, also traveled together to Europe. I’m curious how immigration will interview us for fiancee visa at the Embassy. Because as I told in the begining, I’m living in Norway. So I’ll go in American Embassy in Norway, and he’ll go to American Embassy in USA, right? I don’t plan to hide hiv status, but I don’t think that my boyfriend would like to heard that, because that was happened 10 years ago when one guy rapped me. I feeling asshamed about that, and always blame myself, that I was in wrong place, wrong time and got hiv

Unless there are issues, the US citizen will not be interviewed for the K-1. 

Note:  There are no American embassies in the US.

Where they do interview in usa? Because I know, that apply for fiancee ir spouse visa online and need to wait sometime

US citizens do not interview for a K-1. If there are big issues, USCIS might (very, very, very rarely) ask to meet with a petitioner at a USCIS office.

I'm sorry about what happened to you, but if you're serious about your boyfriend, you need to disclose your HIV status to him sometime. It matters for his own health and it's not the kind of thing you should surprise him with after you get married.

Or wait until a person get to their fiancée home country to disclose.
