Finally got an interview date. Does Federal Plaza do same day oath? 

05/22/2012 - MAILED AOS PACKAGE.
06/04/2012 - RECEIVED NOTICE IN THE MAIL.
06/04/2012 - RECEIVED BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT IN THE MAIL.
06/06/2012 - WALK IN BIOMETRICS COMPLETED.
07/11/2012 - TEXT AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS OF I-485 INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT.
07/13/2012 - RECEIVED HARD COPY OF INTERVIEW NOTICE IN THE MAIL.
07/28/2012 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDER.
08/04/2012 - EAD CARD IN HAND.
08/15/2012 - GC INTERVIEW. APPROVED. PASSPORT STAMPED.
08/20/2012 - GC CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED.
08/23/2012 - GC RECEIVED.

06/28/2014 - MAILED I-751 PACKAGE

07/05/2014 - RECEIVED NOA 1

01/15/2016 - Interviewed and Approved.

08/02/2016 - N400 Interviewed and Approved.

Hi all I submitted my N400 application online today and got my receipt notice and biometrics notice reused pdf files online!!!  still waiting for my lifting conditions application to progress beyond

Nevermind I was checking in from my cell phone. Now i checked it in laptop and i can see the document section . I see the two notices thr 😊

We filed on 11/6/22. Got notice of interview for 12/16/22 today. Holy #######.    I guess I don’t have to go with my husband? Kinda disappointed, but thrilled all the same!

Nope, still waiting. Pending I-751 since November 2021, N-400 pending since November 1, 2022.

 

It's really disheartening seeing even like December and January filers already getting scheduled, but I'm reminding myself it's probably just survivorship bias. People will post if they get a really quick interview, otherwise they won't.

 

I'm presuming there's more of us still patiently waiting. My FO doesn't seem to be the quickest either (Santa Ana). Almost 5 months and counting. Usually Visajourney estimates are a good gauge, mid-September is getting processed right now, so I'm not going to hold my breath for at least another month and a half.

Just got notification that my interview was scheduled for late April!

Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131 (USC spouse)

Adjusting From: F1 

Local USCIS office: Washington, DC

Service center: NBC

 

AOS Timeline

03/07/2019: FedEx delivery

03/22/2019: NOA1

04/01/2019: Completed biometrics 

04/08/2019: Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview

07/05/2019: EAD Card in Production (67 days after expediting)

Feb 2020: GC Interview, GC received

 

ROC Timeline:

Nov 2021: Filed I-751

March 2021: Biometrics Appointment Completed

New to this forum.

 

Filed n400 for both myself and DW on 11/7/2022 based on 5-year rule (EB3-I Green Card, 90-day early filing). Got interview date of 4/28/2023, Hartford CT. Both of us have the same time - 11:30am.

 

I have heard Hartford does same day Oath. Anyone knows what my chances for same day oath are?

Seems like they were doing same  day in most of 2022 and 2023 and recently started same day again.

Had my interview and tests today and they did a combo interview and I passed!! Uscis case status now says the below:

Late 2016: Met playing Clash of Kings the West

Feb 2017: Started online "dating"

May 2017: Met in Orlando

July 2017: Arkansas and Seminole (1 night) visit

October 2017: Washington DC visit.

December 2017: Seminole OKC home visit and Amanda  met Chayne's kids and dad.

January 2018:  York England visit Chayne met Amanda's son.

April 2018: London/Paris/York visit we got engaged on April 6th!!

April 19th 2018: packet sent

April 23rd 2018: USPS say packet signed for.

April 25th 2018: Electronic NOA1 received 

April 26th 2018: Cheque Cashed

April 30th 2018: hard copy NOA1 received

June 2018: Seminole visit, Amanda met Chayne's  adult son

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
