    My timeline, Filed N400 November 4 Interview Scheduled on Feb 8 for March 22 Interview approved and Oath ceremony for March 29

    I have a trip outside US 45 days after the N400 interview. Can I have the oath ceremony to be scheduled after I come back from the trip or do they decide the oath ceremony date for us? Has anyone scheduled their ceremony like that?

    I will do that so I dont have to worry about passport being expedited. I just hope that they will let me do that.

    That means I will have to move the trip to later date. Looking at your timeline I saw that you uploaded request for combo interview, I did not do that. How does the request look? Can I still do it because my i751 is still pending?

    I just got my interview scheduled for March. I am planning on going outside US in May. Do I need to apply for US passport after naturalization? In that case i dont think the. passport will come on time for me to travel in May. Or will I be able to use my old passport? Please let me know if anyone had the same issue. Thank you.
