Hi guys... So I'm back again, and still no update on fingerprinting or anything.

WAC case number. Receipt (extension letter) received for i-751 back in mid September.

Is there anyone else here with a WAC case number (our dropbox was the Arizona location) that filed early September that's gotten any updates on their fingerprinting, moving forward???

WAC is taking longer these days. I filed in Nov 2021, and fingerprint update only came in April 2022. Hopefully, you don't have to wait that long but it can take months unfortunately.

Anyone know? If I got the letter for fingerprint during the time that I out of country, how long normally from the letter period till the appointments? I concern about post office lost my mail or delayed that I missed the appointment and get abandon if I’m not show up. Actually I have appointments for ADIT stamps in a few days. Should I ask them for escalation?

Hi! We were also assigned a WAC case number, and are on our 60th day without a biometrics appointment.

I tried Sarge's suggestion and followed the link that was posted to inquire for the biometrics appointment and was supposed to get answer yesterday, but no luck.

Just to update our WAC filers- we have received notice today, that fingerprints were taken. I believe that means biometrics got waived and the previous one was used. Yay! You guys are next!

So, never got a response on the first inquiry.  Submitted another one today.  🤔

I guess it is taking 90 days now for biometrics?  Does that mean we are 7 days away from hearing something on biometrics? LOL

@cgcrooks and @eLjay25 What were your filing dates? Trying to figure out if we get our notice this week based on 90-days.

We did receive notice in the mail to show fingerprints were applied to our case, but yesterday we received another notice with our fingerprinting appointment. Does that seem right? @Sarge2155

From a few other threads, it sounds like that means you need to show up for the appointment, as appointment letters supercede online status.

Yes, we do intend to show up for the appointment, but is this common to receive that kind of status update and yet still get scheduled for biometrics?

Should we be worried then since they didn't use my wife's previous biometrics when she applied for AOS?

Nope. This just happens. At USCIS the right hand often doesn’t know what the left is doing.
