You and I both!  I know this is 50/50.  But, I think I have a chance of getting Texas Center.  I believe someone from FL got that one and ended up getting the GC in a few months.  Just hoping I can get any that would move faster! Hahaha

Well right now the Texas Center (SRC) has been pretty slow there has been little movement and it seems they are backed-logged!

Wishful thinking, I know.  I am going to be relieved once I mail it.  I just want to get the extension letter.  Then, off my mind until further notice.

Just a tip for those of you who will be waiting for a bio metrics wavier or a bio metrics appointment and it has been 30 to 60 days since you have received your NOA try submitting an e-request of Non Delivery of Notice. I had not gotten any word on my bio metrics for over 60 days. I sent in a e-request and low and behold got a reply via email in a few days and the bio metrics wavier a few days after that in the mail. Sometimes this will jog things loose there at USCIS, its worth a shot. Here is the link:

but you do this once you get your first NOA?

so if you are from Florida you end up at the Texas Center?😏

Not necessarily.  It is just more likely because they have jurisdiction over FL cases.  However, with backlogs, it can end up anywhere.

 I have a concern.... so my husband got his conditional green card on 09/14/2020, we were told we could apply for ROC on 06/14/2022, but we sent it on 09/01/2022 and received on 09/02/2022... will this have any effect on the application?

No, you still filed within the window.
